Great stay, wonderful staff, good food, comfortable room in an ideal location.
Room made up whilst we were at breakfast each morning.

Room was perfect. Bottled water, Nespresso coffee and chocolates provided daily. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location was perfect for downtown Vancouver and to get to BC Place. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay in downtown Vancouver, would gladly stay again.

Great, cool hotel. Nice alternative to the typical places to stay

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The location was central, perfect to take the sky train from the airport and then walk everywhere else. The suite was new, clean and had enough room for our family of 4. The included breakfast is amazing and the service throughout was professional and friendly. We will be back :)

Staff was amazing and super friendly. Made many recommendations considering it was my first time in Vancouver. Hotel near all favorite shopping places.

Amazing hotel staff, very friendly and attentive. Clean, cozy and great restaurant and wait staff. Really enjoyed our visit there!

Location is good. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the parking. Trying to stop on that street and get the fob to be let into underground is a nightmare. The tel should communicate how to get to parking much better. We did three loser laps and made two calls trying to figure out where to go. Also if breakfast is free at the hotel- don’t give me a bill. Make it free. Pay the staff accordingly so I don’t have to tip on a free service I got with booking a hotel I had to pay $100 to park at for 2 nights.

Excellent boutique hotel in the city, great location for dining and shopping . The staff are very friendly and helpful, the bar and grill has great food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable with top of the line products in the bathroom.,( soap, shampoo, etc.) quiet and cozy for our two day city visit. They offer great parking, free breakfast each day and free water for the room each day. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Exceptional service from the Door personnel to Front desk. I wasn’t impressed with the limited choice of breakfast but it was satisfactory. The service was awesome and made me felt welcome.

The staff at checkin were fantastic. The people who opened the doors for me and got my luggage up to the room were great. The free breakfast and the staff working the meal are were very good. Unfortunately the screaming lady outside who wouldn’t stop screaming was a little much. The area isn’t the best for families and I was shocked to see how many were there during breakfast. I know this isn’t something that can be changed and totally outside of the control of the hotel but something to be noted. The hotel itself is great and all the people who work and would highly recommend for a certain type of clientele as it is very convenient. But not for everyone.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, close to transit, shopping and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and let me check in early which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast included was ok but to say they would be charging $35 felt like a major stretch even in this economy.
On the downside, the rooms were noisy, I could hear the people above me walking and the people outside screaming at 3am.

Delivered our bags to the room and were always there to open the front door when we left the hotel.
Room was fantastic and they have L'occitane soap, shampoo and conditioner which is amazing.
Breakfast was excellent as well.

St Regis is clean and nicely furnitured hotel. Location is good in the center of Vancouver. Staff was kind and helpful.

Perfect location for pre cruise. 3 blocks west from our hotel were a few nice restaurants. Nice little boutique hotel. Room was small but bathroom was large. Free minimal breakfast (not a buffet). Bed and pillows were a bit hard. Due to some other reviews I specifically asked months ago when I reserved it not to be put facing busy road but sure enough were facing the main road which was a bit noisy. I did not complain as it was for 1 night. Nespresso machine in room which was nice. 4 blocks from the port. Overall would I stay here again? Probably for the location. Felt for the price the room was a bit small.

Nice hotel, close to cruise port area. Great sleep and very clean.

The hotel was an old beautiful restored hotel with a restaurant attached..the food was amazing and reasonably priced..unfortunately the location was terrible..lots of homeless and smelled like urine

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the St. Regis Hotel. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was prepared well and excellent. An extra bonus was the wonderful French bakery that is attached to this delightful boutique hotel. If we return to Vancouver, we will definitely be staying at the St. Regis Hotel again.

Front desk staff are excellent, room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable, hotel had a luxury feel, easy walk for pharmacy/convenience store across the street, next to subway, 10 minute walk to high end stores (LV/Hermès/Tiffany etc), quick taxi to cruise terminal or 15-20 minute walk, breakfast staff were friendly, breakfast was free and delicious- so glad we chose this hotel. Would stay here again.

Location was great and easy walk to attractions and dining. Street is a bit noisy in the morning but that is to expected. Great shopping and dining options all around the hotel. Made to order breakfast was included which is a nice convenience and they were able to accommodate my celiac dietary restrictions. Very clean property and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

Location was really good. Short walk from Gastown and Canada Place. We also walked (25 mins with a bit of a climb on the way back) to the aqua bus to Granville island. Great trip.
Juan and his colleauge at the ftont desk/concierge were very helpful. Breakfast hreat as were the staff. Housekeeper was A1!
Check out (at 3.30am) was a bit disappointing. Not interested in asking how our stay at the hotel was, just bill and go

Excellent breakfast. Staff in the entire hotel was excellent. Would stay there again. Very convenient to the cruise port.

The hotel property and rooms are very well maintained. Not a complaint could be made.
The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and engaging.
The location is walkable to Canada Place and downtown restaurants and bars. As in many major cities exercise caution when walking after dark.

The hotel photos and descriptions do not accurately enough describe the bland, basic appearance of the main lobby nor the rooms.

Noise at night initially fine, then about midnight shouting, a dog barking ensued suggesting some street people were out.

helpful front desk no on

This is not an actual St Regis but they price like one even though it is a 2 star hotel. Spiders in the room. Horrendous experience.

Very pleasant, physically efficient property. Understands what it is and doesn’t try to do too much. Excellent location for spending time in the city. Breakfast is good. Will be our new home base when we visit Vancouver.

Check in and out was easy. Free breakfast was great!

Check in was fine. Complimentary breakfast was weak. Meal wasn’t fully cooked and service was fair at best. Adjacent bar and grill was good with fairly decent service.

Great service!

Relatively small hotel and not fancy, but the room we stayed was clean, had enough space and updated facilitlies.
Hotel staffs were friendlly, and responsive to our request.
Also, it's good that breakfast was included.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.
