Room was clean and nice and hotel met our needs, but we could hear the music bumping above our room into the night. If it wasn’t for that, I would say I’d stay there again. I had to turn the white noise machine up high that was in our room to drown out some of the noise

It was dirty and we didn’t stay

Room was clean, I overhead cleaning staff in hall - she is very committed to providing a good, clean experience for guests. Check in person was kind, friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cromwell but were surprised by the lack of warmth from the female behind the desk upon our checkin. The Bellman was great and held our bags til we could check in later. We were surprised to find there was nothing in the shower containers re soap/shampoo/conditioner. There WERE tiny bottles in the sink area. There was no safe neither to store valuables. We really enjoyed the dinner at Giada. Top notch and service was terrific. Upon check out, the young lady who helped us went above and beyond to help us with how and where to catch an Uber. She made up for the lack of care upon checkin. The location was perfect for walking either way to explore the strip.

Can't check in early...They will charge you $60 for checking in even one hour early. Can't get happy hour special, even we were 7 min to 3:00pm....

The facility was quiet and close to everything. Rooms were clean but average. I didn’t like the pool situation. There was a lot of confusion about the seating. In the end you have to pay for any kind of seating or spend a minimum of $100 to be able to sit anywhere or else you have to stay in the pool the whole time or sit at one of the 3 little tables at the bar.

I am a member of their rewards program and just happen to book through this site. I have an open case with the property due to an issue that occurred while i stayed there. They also charged my card twice now for fees that did not apply to me or my reservation. Very unhappy with this hotel at the moment. No other hotel in Vegas has ever done this and i go a few times a year but this was my first and last time staying at this hotel. If my issue isnt resolved i will be contacting their corporate office.

Interesting property with pool table in common area, great pool area with bar/music. Nice, helpful staff. Rooms were very small, but efficient. Room could have been a little cleaner and some damage in public areas made the hotel feel a little run down. Website advertises a restaurant/access to breakfast but that's not the case - they only have a self serve market set-up with cereal, etc.. location was very good though!

Parking was a nightmare. Front desk attendants were not helpful with parking garage. Rooms did not have adequate toiletries.

Horrible hotel experience!! We arrived to our room to find it extremely dusty (All the cabinets, drawers, floor). We stayed at the Cromwell when they first opened and we loved it. However this time they have really let the hotel go and seems run down. The first night we were tired and the next day we removed the do not disturb sign so they could clean. We returned that evening to a room that was not serviced. I called guest services and they said that they would come deliver towels… They never arrived and I had to call again an hour later …they ended up giving us laundry bag, full of towels. (I thought it was a bit unprofessional). As we walked in the room, the lining was floor lining was torn, The bedsheets had stains, The walls are rotted, as well as most of the cabinets. There was also a toothpaste cap left behind. Not to mention under the couch was disgusting. In general is seems like our room has been abandoned for a few weeks due to the amount of dust everywhere. Also, the noise level at night was extremely loud. You can hear it vibrating through the walls,we could not sleep. I travel to las vegas for work 2-3x a year and I'll be staying at my usual venetian from now on. which is always top notch and extremely clean.

Had an amazing time!! One of the best hotels in Vegas and perfect Hub for access point to get to other places

The Cromwell feels like a very dated hotel that isnt well kep in my opninion. Ive been looking forward to staying at the Cromwell for awhile and it was disappoijting, especially for the price. The room was not kept clean as it should be. The view was unacceptable, looked into the service ally. No one should be paying for a room looking into service alley. They advertised a perso al fridge and it did not have, had to jump through hoops with management to show the room they advertised in my reservation and then they brought a fridge up. The room was dark and musty smelling. The casino, main floor of hotel, was so small with nothing really going on, not even a coffee shop/cafe open all the days we were there...we had to walk across the ally to flamingo to eat and use a pool that didnt charge. Id recommend going to their neighbors to stay. Flamingos rooms and amentities are much nicer, especially for the price.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Las Vegas so far!
2.5
Awesome stay, great location, clean and easy to move around.

Cromwell was surprisingly elegant and classy! Definitely more of an adults only hotel. Pool open only from Noon-5pm because it is shared pool with Drai’s nightclub/dayclub.

The casino wasn’t too busy and made for a more leisurely stay in a not so leisurely city

The staff was rude. The place was dirty, dust everywhere! Charge extra fees for inconveniences. This was the worst stay ive ever had!

Sure wish the swimming pool was open past 5.

I was actually surprised at the level of decline in this hotel, as we have been staying at the Cromwell off and on for many years, maybe about once per year, and after this stay it may be our last.
Check in: On a Friday at 5:30pm, you would think that there would be sufficient staffing to handle checking in more than 5 guest, but we stood in line for upwards of 35-40 min with only one person working, and the manager would not come out to help.
Room: I highly doubt our room was even cleaned, very disappointing, floor not swept, bathroom not swept, TV not working, etc. Had to ask a cleaning person in the hall to reclean and ask for TV repairs.
Casino: Had to be some turnover in dealers, because everyone I interacted with seemed like they did not know what they were doing, three times I had to point out that I won on my bet after they swept my chips away, and at one point the pit boss got so upset at me for pointing it out. Really, the casino that already has an edge is mad I'm pointing it out, crazy. I shot him a look, cashed out, and left the tables never to play again at Cromwell.
Overall, this used to be a really cool boutique hotel right in the center of it all, but really rethinking that now.

Our room was DIRTY. This hotel is great but it’s going downhill. Broken elevator, dirty and dusty room with broken furniture. Do better!

Very noisy. Walls are thin and could hear everything in hall until early in the morning.
Hotel in disrepair.
There is no hired car drop off at this casino. You must walk to Flamingo to use theirs. Very inconvenient.
I never received my final bill via email as promised. This was a business trip and needed for exoense report. I have to try to trqck it down now.

Somebody open up my room door and I was in there that was wrong

I enjoyed the small size of The Cromwell as compared to other much larger hotels on the strip. Great location to have as home base to explore. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only negative was the refrigerator housed a mini bar, but I couldn’t use it. It was weighted so if I moved anything, I’d be charged. Staff were all extremely nice and professional. I had them hold my bags aforesaid 14 hours on my last day since I was taking a redeye home - no issues at all. I’d definitely stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
After checking in, went to the room they gave me and was shocked at what I found.
1. Pulled open the bed cover and found that the sheets were messy like someone had slept in the bed.
2. Bathroom shower had strong ammonia / bleach oder, so strong I almost had to vomit.
3. Toilet seat and bowl was NOT clean and found human feces. (I have photos)
Room and hotel is dark, food/drink options are extremely limited, and surrounding area is dirty.
I would rate this negative stars if given the option.

I would definitely stay at the Cromwell again I had a wonderful experience.

For starters, Uber will not drop you off in front of the property. You get dropped off nextdoor at the flamingo. I got there at 1 o’clock and they wouldn’t let me check in until four. The rooms are so so, the bathrooms need updating. The elevators don’t show the floors you are going to, the lights are completely out on that display.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Crowmwell and we love it!!
We will be back!

No unloading zone for hotel guests.

The Cromwell is a good choice on the Strip. Tucked in to floors above the casino, seemingly part of the Flamingo, halls and rooms are dark and quiet. So dark I wondered about the level of cleaning. Our room was comfortable and spacious. However the mattress was softer than I like and the fancy toilet ran water and made noise all night. Good choice if you are trying to save some money on the strip.

Walkable area near lots of fun things to do. Had to pay a resort fee that included the pool, but once at pool you are not allowed to sit on any chairs without paying a fee of several hundred dollars. Pain to have to keep walking around the pool or be in the water to enjoy the area.
2.5
So easy to navigate and escape the business of the big hotels! With full access to Drai’s, Caesar’s, and Flamingo’s pools you have all the choice in the world to keep cool.
And location is amazing. Right in the middle of all the major stops!

Front desk (not all just one specific clerk) did not tell us about the amenities which include wifi, pool etc. She had very poor customer skills. Had several bad encounters after that with her. Room was nice though.

We thought the elevator decor was tacky, peeling paint and falling apart. Everyone was very nice there. Limited food places but lots nearby. Smallest ice bucket and no fridge or microwave.

Needs some upkeep

You are charged a resort fee of $50-$56 then they still charge for parking!

Excellent location. Rooms are very average but for the price it’s ok. We stayed almost for a week and they never cleaned our rooms, they kept making up ridiculous excuses about us requesting it not to be cleaned (who does that) or blaming the cleaning people who “forgot” to clean our room. We also had blood stained sheets- not our blood… so housekeeping would have been nice. At the end all we got was a “we apologize”….LOL. I would not stay here again.

I was bummed The pool was closed but thankfully the flamingo has a really good pool next to it to accommodate

The casino was very clean. Just wish the entire facility was smoke free.
