Excellent location . Older hotel ..but Nyc . . Can't complain

Generally ok. Rooms are very clean. Worst part is very old HVAC which is loud and wakes you up every time it turns on. Bed linens and pillows are poor, very thin and I had to request an additional blanket. Not a restful sleep. Gym is good. This would have been ok if it was just a night or two but I was here for 6 nights.

I thought overall the hotel was ok. It seemed like a safe area. I picked it because of the valet service. But they failed to tell me when checking in that it would take up to an hour to retrieve my car when checking out. I told the lady at the front desk that and she made an effort to get me my car sooner rather than later, which I appreciated. It seemed clean, but there was a wash cloth crumpled on the bathroom floor. And the beds seemed to be slanted to one side. Doesn’t offer breakfast, but offers coffee.

A nice mid - town hotel on lively Manhattan's Times Square District. It's so good they have a 24 - hour.gym 🏋♀️🏋; we do wish they would have heavier thn 20 lb. barbells on their weight - rack. Good location .

Over priced for what it was

Great location just be prepared to wait quite a while for elevators.

Everyone was warm and welcoming- the doormen, housekeepers, etc. It didn't feel dirty, but a little grimey. The public spaces weren't welcoming- the lobby doors were often open and chilly.
The street traffic was really loud- sirens, voices. etc. I wonder if it would have been quieter if there wasn't a window unit.

It served as a place to stay and rest while visiting the city.

Great overnight stay. Excellent location for a theatre trip. The hotel staff was wonderful and we were able to check in early - but note they do not offer a late check out option.

No thank you. Good location if you’re staying close to Times Square. Door staff was friendly and kind. Hotel was dirty, maids don’t knock they just enter your room and speak to you like they belong in your room even when you’re clearly not needing services/getting dressed. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, no extra amenities.

My 3 "30- something" daughters and I met in NYC for an overnight and stayed at the Belvedere, where I have stayed previously. Everything was great at the hotel - check in was smooth, (and early), we were upgraded to a recently renovated room, which was the most spacious room I've stayed in the city!
The hotel felt secure, the employees very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the 4 of us had a great sleep.
I highly recommend the Belverdere

The hotel is worn, dirty, and front desk staff wasn't friendly. Also, my reservation on hotels.com didn't go through so i didn't have a reservation upon arrival. Ended up with a different room than was booked. A very noisy AC unit rounded out the stay and no coffee in the room.

Conveniently located with easy access to the subway and an abundance of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Quiet room on the 15th floor. Not the newest decor but all was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Great location, great price. Not many amenities. Mostly clean. Hairs in shower and on towels. Noisy cleaning ladies in the hallways and elevators in the mornings.

Such kind staff. Room was large for NY standard. Awesome restaurants near by. Time Square such a close walk.

We decided to stay in Manhattan for one night and the price wasn’t too bad for being in New York for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer there. But I booked them because of price and I usually check out previous guest photos to make sure nothing’s too bad or dirty, and everything was just like the guest photos. I didn’t really have any complaints. I had an issue with changing a room name and the front desk was very helpful and patient with me while I was figuring it out. I would absolutely stay there again if I go back to the city.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable.
No in room coffee maker but coffee, tea, hot chocolate and granola bars were available between 7-11 am. Front desk personnel was helpful most of the time. The front desk people were able to speak multiple languages to help international travelers. One was helpful every time I asked for anything at the front desk and I wish I paid attention to her name.
One was unhelpful and either purposefully ignorant or was not listening to the request and was just throwing out answers even if they were not applicable. I asked for plastic ware to eat leftovers with and was offered a plate.
Unfortunately a late check out would cost an extra $75 even though check in isn't until 4 pm.
Bathroom was clean and contained soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but the containers were odd and the hand soap container was difficult to use.
Subway is only a couple of blocks away. Time Square is a few blocks away.
No in-hotel restaurant or room service but there are many restaurants in a 3 block radius.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s one of the few hotels in the area double beds, microwave and very convenient to Times Square and the subway. I would stay here again.

Single overnight in the heart of the theatre area. A very pretty hotel with very nice rooms. Lots of restaurants close by

Hotel and rooms were clean. Elevators are old and slow, but it’s part of the charm of an old hotel. Staff were nice. Had complimentary coffee/tea in the mornings which was helpful.

Staying at Belvedere was a wonderful experience with kind and professional staff. I would highly recommend. Thank you

Though I appreciate the size of the rooms, the bathrooms, seriously need to be updated for convenience and safety. For instance, there’s no place to put your toiletries. In the bathtub itself there is no grab bar or even a towel rack to grab onto in the event that you might slip.
If you have technology that needs to be charged and plugged in, there was a serious lack of USB ports and no electrical outlets near the bed.
The television remote had to be exchanged three days in a row, and the engineer on duty had no idea how to make it work properly.

My mom and I had a wonderful visit to NYC and the Belvedere was a great choice of hotel! It was in a great location, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

The service at the hotel was excellent. I'd like to mention Janet at the front desk. She was very helpful when we had questions and we never felt rushed. We were very disappointed in the room, except for the bed. It was very comfotable. The room needs major updating. It wasn't very clean as well. Under the desk was filthy. I went under when I was looking for a plug as there were hardly any options in the room. The plugs sitting on top of the desk didn't work. There was a collection of black hair in the bathroom and we have blond. Yuck! I had to dry my hair by using the microwave as a mirror, so my husband could shave. No plug that worked where the mirror in the room was. T

Very comfortable room, very good location, parking pricey, valet was $70.00 a day. I would book again but without a car. Enjoyed being on the upper floor.

We came for a week in Manhattan, we selected this hotel for it's close proximity to the major attraction in Manhattan ( time square is 5 min away by foot ).
We had two major issues:
1. The AC in the room was a window style and was very noisy!!
2. The elevators were very occupied and slow.

Problems with the room location - elevator noise and a/c noise but these were resolved.Otherwise all good.

My stay exceeded my expectations. The Belvedere Hotel employees from front desk to housekeeping are the Stars. Fantastic service!
