It was a fair price for the duration, good location for visiting Chanhassen and the west side of Minneapolis. We had an issue with sink wasn't rectified in 3 days of the stay, the room was clean enough and breakfast was ok.

It was ok. Needs some remodeling. Other members in our party were over charged after being quoted one price upon reservation, when they brought it to the attention of management, they said there was nothing they could do.

This as our 3rd stay in about 1 year. As usual it was comfortable, good service, customer friendly. They always put me far from the pool to avoid problems with my allergy. The breakfast is great. We'll stay here again.

The hotel was poorly run overall. The bathroom in our room was no larger than a closet and the shower was filthy. The advertised workout facility was a joke. Four machines crammed into a small room and only one worked. Would not stay there again.

Poor value for the cost. Older hotel, most things are in poor repair or not working. Lots of ownership issues here. If you dont have stay at this exact spot choose somewhere else for the money. Staff is friendly, but so many issues all around. Pool area is is in disrepair and dirty. Broken chairs, clutter, hot tub is warm but jets not working. Dirt and sand at the bottom if the HT. Large fireplace in lobby is cracked, broken and makes a constant load noise. Food was as advertised and kept fairly well stocked during brkfst rush. Good location to restaurants and shops.

This is one of our favorite properties to stay in when we come to Chanhassen. It is located close to many of the places we visit--especially the dinner theater. We have always had nice rooms when we stay. This time the room we stayed in was clean, but did have a musty smell. We did not bring it to the attention of the staff, but we will probably request to not be on the ground floor in the future. The breakfast offering is pretty much the typical hotel fare. The food is appetizing, and worth eating. We are looking forward to our return in November..

Very nice property and professional and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and room. We stayed in an “accessible” room. Be aware it is hard to keep the water inside the stall-the floor outside the stall can get very wet.

The Young lady at the desk when we arrived was wonderful and helpful. However, the person working with the night shift was not. Our TV was broken and we called too have it fixed. No one came or responded, they just said “OK”. It was pretty clean, but definitely outdated. Not the worst experience, but I wouldn’t book here again

Convenient to many local attractions, the restaurant across the parking lot, Houlihan's, was fantastic! Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Our room was very comfortable and we had a great stay. We appreciated the fact that there were old fashioned land lines in the room, along with info on local eateries and attractions, too.

Staff was very welcoming and kind. The area was very walkable and clean. I loved the access to stores and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet and had a nice breakfast. I will definitely be coming back to stay. Fairly affordable also!

The room was as bright as outside at 5:30 in the morning. There are no curtains but just a see-through shade that pulls down. I hung a blanket over the window which didn't help. Got very little sleep.

The hotel and the room were clean, the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets, so you could plug the phone in by the bed, which I appreciated. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was disappointing for us that they were giving swimming lessons on the evening that we had planned to swim and sit by the pool. It had been a hot day, and we were looking forward to that. She did rope off a strip of the pool for our use, but there were small children splashing, and it wasn't very relaxing trying to swim in that narrow space.. She was doing a great job, it wasn't anything about that, it was just weird for paying guests to not be able to comfortably use the pool.

The desk clerk spoke English as a second language and I had great difficulty understanding him. There was a loud constant noise in the lobby. They said it was from the fireplace. When my spouse watched TV the only quiet place I could go to read was my car. The traffic noise was much quieter than the lobby noise.

The rooms were clean and cozy. Our room had a large tv on the wall. There was every channel we could have ever wanted- very impressed. I was traveling with a teenager who needed rest for a tournament and it was a quiet night, both nights. Breakfast was served 6-10. It had every choice Saturday and Sunday. A plus!!

My room was gross. The Air Unit had so much dust on it. The tv was full of dust. The hairdryer didn't work the towel rack was hanging off the wall. The shower curtain smelt like wet dog, the shower kept making a screaming noise when it was on, and the hot water would come and go.
