Stay far away from this place

Everything in the room was damp the bed was hard the room had a smell to it the toilet didn't flush the pool was dirty this place was really crazy t h e staff was nice I wouldn't stay here again

I prefer a little more when I’m on a leisure stay. It was fine but I would not stay again.

The room was clean. Pool area was large and had a hot tub. Looks like they are updating things.

Parts of hotel were rundown or not working.

Overall decent and convenient location for our purposes.

The hot tub in the room was nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The facility needs a.new paint job and general update. Old and dingy.

As expected for the price.

It was very economical, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was as expected. Room was dated but clean. I like that the extra charge they insisted we pay magically disappeared by morning.

Did not appreciate being told our booking was incorrect and needed to pay extra. Staff were not very helpful. Rooms were dated and could use repairs. Hot tub was not very clean.

Very disappointed.

Breakfast was ok.

Got a room with Jacuzzi. No hot water for showers or the Jacuzzi. 5 light bulbs out in our room. Toilet is about a foot from the floor. Gave us 2 total bath towels for the jacuzzi and bathroom.

Would not stay here again, limited English, rude staff, and dirty.

The location

The hotel had a musty smell, it was dirty, the hot tub gave three of us chemical burns, we tried to resolve our concerns with the front desk staff who were rude. The shower in our bathroom was dirty, the sink in our room did not drain.

very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the bathroom in the pool room was dirty and bedroom shower was cold for 10 minutes which I took a cold shower but the rest of my family had hot water

Overall experience was unpleasant and we will never be booking with one of these hotels again.

Hardwood flooring badly needs to be replaced. Turning on the heat in the room made it smell like burnt hair. Toilet seat wasn’t attached properly. Shower curtain was dingy. Employees were unhelpful and told us there were no other rooms but online we found multiple rooms available. There appeared to be only 1 luggage cart in the whole hotel.

Disappointing

Breakfast was disappointing. Milk was in a single carton and not individual. One morning there was no milk.

Toilet was leaking the entire week slowly. Lack of sheets in there room except for the 2 on the bed. Not much info from desk during check in on check out what to expect etc. Also when I first received my keys they did not work for my room.

It was adequate but definitely not worth 120iah dollars a night

The room and beds itself were clean. The breakfast was good as well.

The shower head was disgusting when we showed up and I had to clean it myself and the shower wouldn't drain. When I called the front desk the lady asked "well what would you like me to do about it tonight??" Not a great start to the day. The AC units could use some cleaning too.
