Good stay for business. Happy with the beds

I would recommend to stay here. Overall clean and cozy place to get a nice rest.

Room was very clean. Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean which made it very easy to relax. Enjoyed the stay even though it was just over night. Would of like to use the pool but got there late that night and had to leave in morning right away. I also think they were working on pool. Atleast they were fixing or maintenancing the pool to keep it nice. I would recommend staying here.

The view from room was a empty cement room with window and a door leading outside wasnt sure what room was for if it was another entrance way. Anyway not a very good view but not end of the world must be redoing that area. I just expected to open curtains to see the grass and sky not an empty cement empty room torn down to the shell of that room. It could be worse but wasnt there to stare out the window anyway. Haha.

Nearly perfect stay...but breakfast needs an upgrade

The bed! It was wonderful! Like sleeping on a cloud! I was truly impressed with how comfortable it was. And the room was quiet. I didn't hear other guests in the rooms around me. Very pleasant stay. Bathroom was clean Oh yes...the bed had a variety of pillow types so you could find just the right one for you. Very thoughtful.

The breakfast options were not great and the waffle maker was broken. Good coffee though. Only a few rolls were put out...not nearly enough. And I was concerned about how old the cucumbers were in the cucumber water in the lobby.

Family friendly, clean and comfortable stay for a weekend in Chanhassen.

The facility was exceptionally clean. The breakfast had Greek yogurt and a variety of healthy options. We had an issue with our reservation, but the staff was quick to resolve the issue and make us feel welcome. It was an incredibly comfortable bed with a choice of comfortable pillows, a clean bathroom, and did not induce an allergic congestion reaction in my family members. We have been in good hotel chains that smell so bad we can't stay there; Chanhassen Holiday Inn was free of mold and mildew smells.

Our hotel room was a little dated.

The reservation I made through Booking.com was not in the Holiday Inn Express's system. Took over an hour to get a room. Will never use Booking.com again.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff there was attentive especially Joshua he was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool was very shallow so it made it impossible to swim. Also the pool needs updates and so does the waterslide.

Location. Morning staff was hospitable.

Evening staff was not the most engaging. Notices outside the room were loud. Breakfast was minimal.

I would stay there again even though the room service was lacking. I guess the hotel lacked staff.

Breakfast was actually pretty good. I would have liked scrambled eggs. Too, real eggs would have been nice. Should have had bacon daily instead of two sausage choices. The wait staff was excellent!! :)

We stayed for five nights and the bed and bath linens were made and changed one time only. Trash was emptied once. There were two side doors in disrepair and could not be used to enter the building.
