An excellent find. Very clean and highly appointed a great place for stays of 2 nights plus. In the heart of the Merchant quarter it is a 10 minute walk from Queens train station and the centre of town. No complaints whatsoever. The staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful.

We arrived in Glasgow early and took our bags to the suites for safe keeping whilst we went for something to eat. Rachel offered to look after them for us but then saw that she could check us in earlier and upgraded us from an executive suite to an executive one bed apartment. The staff were fantastic throughout our visit and the apartment was brilliant. The apartment was very well maintained, plenty of space, everything you would need if you wanted to cook and very comfortable. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. There was everything we needed, hair dryer, iron, slippers, bathrobes, glassware, tea and coffee and snacks. The whole suites were extremely well maintained and looked after and we had a great stay. The location is excellent close to some great places to eat and visit. We went to the OVO Hydro Arena and was short walk and easy transit on the train. Next time in Glasgow we will certainly be looking at Fraser Suites as our preferred place to stay. Thank you to Rachel and the rest of the staff who made our stay most enjoyable.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Glasgow's merchant city. Clean, comfortable and spacious. This place gave us everything we needed.

Stayed here many times.
Unfortunately, room. 219 is above the pub Maggies which is open till around 3am and you can hear loud music and voices if you’re trying to sleep.
Other than that, it’s a great location. Not sure how they would overcome that other than making it known at the booking stage.

The reception staff were very pleasant and accompanying. The rooms were very spacious and furnished nicely although it was very noisy. The walls were thin, we could hear people walking and talking both above and beside us. We could also hear noise from the street. The staff were gracious enough to change rooms for us but we found only minimal improvement. The beds were also too soft and spongy.

I liked that the space had more room than the usual hotel room and we really appreciated the laundry facilities.

Great stay over the TRNSMT weekend. Room was huge and staff were nice. Windows were only single glazed (so a bit noisy with road traffic) and the curtains need a bit of TLC. Would come back!

Unique property. Right in the center of the city and close to everything. Clean and fairly updated. No AC but the windows open so you really dont need it.

We arrived early and had them store our luggage. There were 8 of us and the employee simply handed us 8 claim tickets. When we returned to check in, they had a difficult time giving us our luggage because the tickets we each gave them didn’t match the luggage they pulled out of the storage area. We suggested they pull out everything and we would tell them which was ours, but they were reluctant to do that. They made a simple process difficult.
We had two rooms, 4 in each and we had to request additional towels for both rooms. And there was only decaf coffee in the room and only enough for two. Seems like they hadn’t prepared the rooms for 4.
But the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable

Room was immaculate. Big plus’s: 24-hour front desk with helpful staff, laundry room and central location.
Only one big minus: noisy. But that goes with the central location and was worth it to us.
Minor suggestion: kitchen could use more dishes and equipment, e.g. dish rack

In a word….RUN. If you like peace, quiet, and quality sleep, this isn’t the place for you. The entire corner where this hotel is located is like a huge ‘round the clock party. Restaurants, bars, and a nearby club go hard seven days a week. Like it or not, you’re in the mix. There’s also large garbage/recycling dumpsters in the alley below the property. You’ll hear glass bottles being dumped at all hours. Frasier Suites is a restored Victorian, so the property doesn’t have A/C. Prepare to stay in sauna type conditions, despite the small fan in our room. We had to change rooms mid-trip. Unfortunately, the whole experience truly put a damper on our bucket list visit to Scotland.

I was impressed by the size and decor of the appartments. My room had high quality furnishings and a really comfortable bed. The apartment was also super clean. The reception staff were helpful and friendly too. My only issue was the room hot and the cooling unit provided didn't quite cool it down enough. I'm sure this is only an issue in summer.

This was my favourite hotel on my Ireland/Scotland adventure. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of room for 4 people. 2 bedrooms, dining area, living room.

One of our go to hotels in Glasgow. Rooms are always of a good condition and have a kitchenette to make some food if you wanted. Loads of stuff nearby or walkable

Overall stay was good.
Positives: Staff were lovely. Room was large. Everything that I needed for a comfortable stay I had. Location in terms of access to car park, shops, restaurants, train station etc... was good.
Negatives: The main thing that let the hotel down was the cleanliness. There was a lot of thick dust build up on the walls, around the skirting board, behind the bedside tables (where the plug was) and in the nooks and crannies of the room. Also, because of the location there was often a lot of street noise.

Very noisy until 3pm due to bars below.
2 nights work up at 3am with men shouting and fighting outside.
Smell of cooking from restaurants below even with windows closed.
Too hot.
Sofa too small and too low.
Windows filthy at bottom (living room)

The room was large and spacious. Wasnt a fan of the wet room bathroom but it was designed for wheelchairs. Unsure if all the rooms had this or just ours. Hubby accidently pulled the fire alarm cord thinking it was for the fan. There were no suitcase stands and you couldnt watch tv in bed due to it being on another wall. The couch was comfortable though. There was a fan in the room as it was hot. Bit of noise with the windows open but nothing too loud. The room was self contained with a small kitchenette. Over all it was a lovely place.

Central to all amenities
4.0 / 10.0
Overall, it is a comfortable and safe place to spend a few nights. It is a good 15-walk from the Central station, but it is alright for me.
However, if you are looking for a quiet room, you have to avoid certain rooms on the 1/F. They are located above a popular bar and they have live band performances on weekends. You may not hear the music in the room, but you will definitely feel the drum beats and hear the bass lines in the room. It didn't really bother me and I could sleep through them without any problem. I can see that is an issue for some.
Another room to avoid is one located at one end of the building, where I was originally placed. Not only do the main windows have NO views since they are facing the corner of a dead-end alley, but the room is above the rubbish collection area.
All in all, it is not a bad hotel to spend a few nights in.

Stayed with FS glasgow for the last 15 years on and off but unfortunately i think this will be the last time. Its so dated and unloved now incomparison to Edinburgh and other ones we have stayed at. The rooms were stifling hot and no windows opened , all we had was a small fan. We were right above maggies rodeo so the music beat was awful, we were able to sing along with the songs they were so audible. Stains on the sofas, carpets and walls. I just feel its long over due an up grade. We also had to ask 3 times for more toilet roll , ended up going down stairs for it. Location wise its great .
