My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The 2 bed room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including 2 bath rooms. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, right above the area where the entertainment staff performed. It was a bit loud, but we enjoyed the music, so it wasn't a big issue.
The variety of food and beverages was excellent, and the spa was both relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel meets my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The resort was amazing!!

This was our first time there . The room was nice and clean. The food was really good and we enjoyed the food at the buffet, but we tried to book the a la carte restaurant and the person at the reception sent me to the online QR code and i tried to book online but there was not possible, i chat with them through what’s app and the person there was like just go in person to the reception to reserve a table, when i got there they sent me to another person to talk with and was waiting for 30 minutes and no one came to even ask me if i need help so because there was no AC or ventilation i started to feel sick and i had to leave to the room and i just gave up to the a la carte restaurant. The resort is nice but i do not think is worth it the money we pay for and people are not very friendly there. Other than that it was nice. There was one lady at the reception which was very nice to us and the people at the buffet were very nice too.

The property is huge with so much to do! There are many different pools to lay at, bars to get drinks from, a spa, convenience shop, different access points to beaches, and water sports. It is also in walking distance to aother nearby beach and the activities desk is more than helpful when it comes to finding needed transportation as well as excursions. The housekeeping was always on top of keeping our room clean. The food is not the best for dinner but breakfast is always a hit and it is close enough to the city nearby that you can walk into town to many different restaurants.

We had a lovely stay. It was end of season and the resort was only half full, they were also closing a day early so had arranged our transfer to another hotel at no cost to ourselves. In addition because of this we were upgraded. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. This was really useful when arranging days out (make sure you have cash!). The resort was quiet and only one Ala carte restaurant was still open (it was good). I really liked the private beach and the bar was great, especially with having light snacks as well. It was nice to get nuts etc at other bars as well when having a drink in the evening. The facilities are a little care worn, clearly some maintenance required, did worry I was taking my life in my hands with the power socket in our room, it was very loose and the sink felt a little unsteady. The food was good standard buffet, so a night after a couple of days is required. It's a very short walk to the village beach front which has sufficient choice even at this time of year. I would certainly like to go again and see what it is like at a busier time, but great if you like the piece and quiet at end of season.

They were able to accommodate us same day, when our other hotel was in a bad area. The staff are professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. The grounds are large and safe with May options for food and activity. Their beach access is beautiful, and a short walking distance to “Fishface” beach, which has spectacular views and sea caves. We stayed 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer!

From the moment you arrive you are welcomed and made to feel cared for by all of those working at reception (special mention to Stella).
Marina in the customer service area was outstanding as she organized two amazing excursions and an early morning departure! Thank you to all.

Beautiful views, right on the beach. Helpful staff. I lost count off how many restaurant and swimming pool options we had. Outstanding.

Lovely location and place. The food was great and had something for everyone. Loved the beaches.

We liked the beach and garden and general public areas and pool.
The rooms were spacious but not in great condition. Also, small things were missing like teaspoon, milk and personal care products. The dispenser for hair and body was poor quality. The shower screen above the bath swing open and the floor got wet. The floor in the other shower was very slippery.

The property is dated, spread out of different levels and a mixture of old and new.

Property need repair. Internet was very poor. Staff did not understand English well or could not bother to respond to simple questions

Beautiful, expensive resort. Certain things were irksome, they refused to give any teabags or coffee sachets in room, although a tea pot was there. Shower tree was not adequately covered, one had to mop the floor after shower. Food menu was just ok

No sea view that we paid for. We had to pay 600 euros to move. They played music until 1am, so we couldnt sleep. The door key and safe never worked. The receptionist was incredibly rude. The food was really expensive with no childrens menu. We were charged £100 euros for lunch on the first day. They didnt let us enter the bay which should have been accessed by guests and said we had to pay more money and be exclusive guests. They charged the children to play snooker and to use the games room. 2euros and 1 euro for each game. I would never go there again and would like a refund from expedia of 600 euros and 77 euros for the shuttle bus that I paid for. The easy jet flight was delayed 1 hour so we arrived at Heraklion at midnight. Then your shuttle man said it could be over 1 hour until the shuttle returned. So we had to pay for a taxi. This is unacceptable and I will not be booking with expedia again and expect a refund. Also expedia quoted the price over the phone and then charged me an extra £8.40 which is a breech of contract. A terrible experience. The food at breakfast was also terrible not 5 star rating. More 2 or 3 star standard. No cereals, burnt omelete, no fresh fruit.

Great location. Lovely grounds. Very nice welcome by the manager. Pool areas are well maintained and great variety of relaxation areas. The housekeeping staff rudely walk into rooms either without knocking or without waiting. This happened several times during the stay. Rude response from housekeeping lady when I asked if she could come back in half an hour because I was on a work call. She told me off. Not what you expect from a supposedly 5 star hotel. The breakfast room has a school canteen feel about it, probably due to the number of people using it at any time. Restaurants seem to spend a lot of time on evening meals and service but breakfast seems less of a focus and gives a chaotic appearance. The gym is small. Air conditioning wasnt working there during the stay nor were the tvs. Running machines are dated and squeaky. Fire alarms went off three times in one night. I asked to change rooms and this was ignored by the reception night team. There was no apology or explanation. The bar staff at the poolside bar (H20) need to learn to smile and appear less miserable. The spa staff give a snooty what are you doing here approach meaning that I was reluctant to use it. There is a surcharge for the indoor spa hot tubs / sauna etc and I was told this needs to be booked in advance. A welcoming smile would have been appreciated. If the spa is trying to be exclusive then the staff interpret this as snooty. The scenery is stunning.

Great location and nice hotel but not good enough for the price and only felt like 3 stars. No attention to details - uninterested stuff, dirt around pulls, no light on the stairs to the room, no hair conditioner and many small things like it. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are getting a significant deal.

It was one of the worse hotels I have stayed at . Bad customer service , horrible housekeeping and food .Will never stay there again

Got fooled by the pictures. I wished I looked at the reviews before I booked.

Very unimpressed. hotel is relying on a status it got years ago and isnt deserving. complained several times about issues with room - fans not working, power outlets broken - to be given an upgrade after 5 days, to a suite. however the suite is worse off. balcony doors wont stay shut, blow in from the wind. room next to a generator so noisy for trying to sleep. shower broken, doorframe held in place by plastic wedged and frames all broken. air gap under door into suite means cigarette and food smells go in.half the bars and restaurants are always closed, the idea of a bacardi breezer being a cocktail is a joke. location ideal for beach access.

Beautiful private beach. Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. On property restaurants were not that good. village restaurants, which are only a short walk from the property, are more affordable and offer more choices.

The worth 5 star hotel. The staff need to be trained. The breakfast area is just terrible from service to cleanse to food quality. The only thing which was fantastic, the see so crystal and pure. and the rooms were clean. But you have shower gel and shampoo in one . No cosmetic paper tissue.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff very helpful. Upgraded to art hotel - room lovely - 2 bathrooms comfortable beds and lounge. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a pool with fish.Breakfast very good, plenty of choice and very attentive staff. Pool lovely some of the beds over the water and with mattresses.Resteraunts in the hotel overpriced, but plenty of good, cheap tavernas by the bay.
