Ok...I would stay here again because overall it was fine. The service desk attendants were nice. The breakfast was fine. I liked being next to the open stairs on the second floor. The fitness room sucked, but I did use the treadmill and the t.v. actually worked. Areas need to be cleaned and toilet paper in the bathroom hallways always need to be monitored! I loved the fact we were directly across from a dairy bar and let me tell ya it was worth it!

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly. Our room was roomy and we liked having a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking. We would stay here again

Very disappointing. Room reeked of mildew and mold. Determined it was coming from the a/c. Upon further investigation, there was visible black mold on the inside of the unit. The smell was so bad (and unhealthy), I just turned it off an had an uncomfortably warm room. There is no channel guide, and the navigation of the TV and channels was terrible. TV also had a blown speaker so the audio was all crackly. Just an overall well below average stay. I am honestly surprised by the high rating this place has. Just some context; I stay in 50-60 mid-level hotels a year (Hamptons, Countrys, HIE, Fairfield Inn, LaQuinta, etc., etc.) so I know what to expect and what not to expect. This place was very subpar by comparison. The question I ask myself; would I stay here again. The answer is no.

Check-in was quick and friendly. Overall the room was decent and clean but the property looks tired. There was some mold in the corners of the tub/shower and a huge paint chip missing at the top of the tub surround but the shower head. The entire place couple use a deep clean and fresh paint.

Wonderful check in staff, clean room. Parking is easy. Hot tub was amazing. Fire pit out front was a nice touch. Easy few min walk to the great escape and marthas. Breakfast was good, fresh coffee and tea available all day.

I had a room on the first floor and would never stay again on first floor. Kids running in room above mine til 11:30 at night back and forth, jumping and loud bangs . Could not sleep well at all.

Affordable hotel with a great location! This is our go-to hotel when going to the Lake George area. It's located right next to The Great Escape (within a couple minutes walk to the entrance gates) and across the street from Martha's Ice Cream shop, which is a must! The hotel itself is very clean, friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful daily free breakfast. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub along with an outdoor pool as well. This is truly a perfect place for families wanting to go to the Lake George area. You won't regret staying here!

easy to get on highway from this location to go north to Lake George and south to Saratoga. We happened to hear commercial for SPAC and got to see John Legend impromptu

Hotel was nice and clean and offered comfortable beds and soft pillows. Bathroom was a nice size with huge mirror. There was a small plumbing issue but after going to front desk, they were able to have someone fix the problem. Coffee was always available and having the firepit at night was really nice!

Stayed overnight and was very impressed with the friendly staff and the happy vibe a breakfast time. This being next door to 6-flags, there were many children. The facilities were more than adequate for a very reasonably priced hotel and the welcome baggies are nice touch.

This hotel was an easy walk to Great Escape. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our shower drain was backed up but eventually drained once the shower was turned off. Breakfast area was clean and had plenty of food options. Overall an impressive hotel for the price. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel badly needs to be renovated. The rooms have a musty/mildewy smell. The first room we were given was unbearable and we had to move to a different room. The new room smelled slightly better but we had to purchase an air freshener to use for the duration of our stay to cover up the musty smell. The AC unit was noisy and not working properly; it was dripping which is most likely causing the mildew smell on the carpet. The hallways are dirty, the carpet throughout the hotel hallways was obviously not vacuumed the entire time we were there. The staff was friendly but there were not enough staff to keep the hotel clean and operating properly. They need to do soundproofing when they renovate as we heard a lot of noise from the room above. I had stayed here previously when in Lake George and this was a very disappointing return visit to this hotel.

The entrance on Round Pond Road was VERY poorly lit in the evening. At the bottom of the drive it was pitch black. The staff was nice/helpful. The room was nice. I was disappointed that the rooms were not made up while you were there. The breakfast facility wasn't just ordinary. Coffee was plentiful.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Found trash in our bed :-(. The outside was nice but it said the “no smoking area” and there was cigarette butts there. It was convenient for what we needed it for but I love hotels and this was not a favorite.

The staff was very nice at check in. The process was quick. The room smelled like stale beer. Staff wanted to spray air freshener to remedy. There were many fruit flies flying around the bathroom mirror. The tub area had water damage with mold. Drains is the bathroom ran incredibly slowThe bathroom was not cleaned very well. The front desk told me at check in that I was upgraded. I’d hate to see the regular room. The stay was disappointing.
