Horrible hotel, we felt so unsafe that we slept with a chair against the door. Bathroom was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. The building looks very old, the room smelled of cigarettes even though we got a non-smoking room. Super weird neighborhood and people.

No air conditioner when you turn it on it was not working and made a loud noise only
2.0
Room air conditioning didn't work, and hotel wasn't able to fix it even though we mentioned about the issue. The room was very hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. Especially the bathroom wasn't very clean. Pillows were weird and very small sized. On a positive side I have to mention that the hotel's automatic checking machine worked perfectly and was easy to use.

A good overnight stop from the Portsmouth to Carn crossing

We have stayed there before and it was alright but this time the water was cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. We said we had one person that could not do stairs that was disabled and although we had a ground floor room it was too small to move about with a person using a stick.

Spotlessly clean and the location is great for a convenient stop over. Lots of eating options around the hotel. Breakfast OK. Very good value.
Very small room, tiny bathroom and a few minor maintenance issues. The bed isnt very comfortable and the upper bunk is really close to the ceiling - so very high and limited headroom.

Ok if on a tight budget. No room to swing a cat mind...s,4y howed with the curtain more or less wrapped over me.

Because we were arriving late, they sent me codes to get into the car park and the room. All relatively easy, though the questions at the machine for the keys, were a bit confusing, i.e. breakfast required at a cost, when breakfast was included in the price we paid. Apart from that, everything else was good. We got exactly what we expected, for the price we paid.

Always stay here when working in this area. Surrounded by places to eat, very handy

A very clean budget hotel ideal for the solo road trip. Easy late book in via a contactless terminal.
2.0
The room was very small. The noise from the nearby road was too loud.
The price was low and was appropriate to this hotel.

The hotel is easy to find and convenient for restaurants. It's good for a quick overnight stay but beds not overly comfortable. The bed over the top of the double bed doesn't have a lot of room from bed to ceiling and my daughter didn't like it.

Check-in was much earlier than shown on the Expedia paperwork.
Receptionist was excellent in all respects.
Room was simple but very fresh and clean.
Difficult to find in the dark - No signs within the ZAC complex. Easier to find KFC or Big Mac!

It was ok for an overnight stop to get the morning ferry

Excellent location - there are any numbers of restaurants within a stone throw of the hotel, and a Carrefour close by.
Secure parking, good WiFi and basic but very comfortable rooms. I used as a layover for the ferry back to Portsmouth - the ferry terminal is a very easy 17 min drive form the hotel. Would use again

Cosy room at a good price. Good breakfast. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Only 15 or so minutes from the ferry at Ouistreham. Would stay there again.

Ideally situated for Epernay. Access t9 cycle routes, walking distance to centre and secure parking for good price.

This is an inexpensive hotel so we didn't expect a lot. The room was very small.
The main problem is that they close the reception at 9 pm. We arrived around 11pm and there was no one around. You need to use a kiosk to check-in. Not the most user friendly setup. For some reason the keyboard doesn't have an Enter key marked. After three tries I was able to get a key to my room but the experience was frustrating to say the least. At the time I was there (after 11 pm) a young lady with a baby came over, hoping to get a room, but was not able to get any assistance and she gave up.

The Manager Lady at this Hotel was obnoxious. She snapped back at any question, and gave a standing tirade of French to me and my friend, in French, with no explanation why or what was said. I had asked for ground floor rooms, if possible, which was responded to with a "NO!" No reason, no asking why I had asked for them, she didn't even look, just shouted NO! She also over charged us by 13E each room. We decided to eat our breakfasts elsewhere, as I wished to not spend another penny at this place. She should be sacked! The cleaning staff were fantastic though, no complaints at all, I left them a tip. The room was clean, but the A/C didn't work, and the bed was very low to the floor. Will not stay at this Hotel again, and would advise anyone else to choose somewhere different, unless of course you like to be abused by the Manager Lady.

I was very pleased with my room at the hotel. It is small but very clean and adequate for the three nights I stayed. I have been there before and would use the hotel again.

Breakfast was fine and plentiful, however room was poorly ventilated as window had been fixed as room was on outside corridor, even though a/c was provided. Mat is needed for slippy shower.

I would come again to stay in this hotel. I came with my family and found it to be best place for the value it offers in such rate. Free wifi as well and very clean

Room was great for what we needed it for. It was a place to sleep and that was all. it was small but that is how the rooms are in France and I knew that staying in Paris. Other than that it was great. People were great and friendly and helped when we had questions. there was a great mall right by so we could go and walk around and kids got to play as well.
3.0
It was adequate although my wife was a bit dissatisfied because of expectations. But I am happy and would stay there agin for any time in Caen. For the beaches though it was a bit far away.
4.0
Excellent for an overnight stop where all you need is a bed, shower and breakfast. Close to main roads.
