The place was very central. A beautiful modern hotel with all amenities you could need. Would recommend.

Hotel Europa in Verona had a perfect location for a city adventure. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay and couldn't ask for a better stop on our trip. The only minor issue was that getting into the hotel was a bit tricky due to the many one-way roads, but it wasn't a major problem. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

I entered the Europa around 17:00 The woman behind the counter said no dogs and I told her my dog is certified as a service dog At that point the manager appeared and would not make any consideration He then proceeded to berate the woman with an angry tone I told him I would report this to Expedia and he said something negative about Expedia Not a place I would ever go again

This is a well-positioned hotel near Piazza Bra and everything Verona has to offer. I was there to attend a trade show at Veronafiere and it was a reasonable walk to there and to the train station.

The room was very well equipped and nice. It was perfect for a single-use. The breakfast is also very good.
My problem was the noise. My room looked on the street and all the noises came in, and I also heard everything from my neighbour including not only snoring and the wake-up alarm but all the activities that were done in the room. It is petty that the room is not soundproof at all so it was almost impossible to sleep, I had to take sleeping pills to combat noises.

Good city centre hotel that we primarily booked as it has on site parking (a rarity in central Verona). However, accessing the hotel and car park is not easy and involves negotiation a number of narrow streets - also I had to drive through the TZL (restricted zone) - the hotel gave me a form to complete to obtain permission to drive in TZL -I hope it works or I could get a big fine!! Anyway, back to the hotel itself - the room was comfortable with good facilities, staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's location is is biggest benefit as it is based right in the centre of Verona close to all the main attractions and more that 100 metres from the lively Piazza Bra.
I would certainly use this hotel again although next time without a car!

The hotels was clean and tidy. The room I had was lovely, good size. Location was great close to everything and a great restaurant next door. I would stay here again.

Thin walls. We woke up several times with noise coming from the other room. Old furniture in the bedroom (the bathroom was renovated though). It’s clean, I’ll give them that, but I wouldn’t return.

Good hotel, well located in the center of Verona. It was very easy to reach the main attractions of the city and the hotel structure was new and confortable.

The hotel was almost fully booked due to opera at arena di Verona in early August. Despite arriving before the check-in time,
they arranged to get in the room as soon as possible. The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from arena di verona, and there is supermarket supermarket locals nearby . The hotel's facilities are not up-to-date, but cleaning is attentive and content that's reasonable enough at this price. More than anything, all the people in the hotel were kind and very felt. I will visit again if I have the opportunity to go next time.

Very convenient location, right next to the arena with lots of restaurants locally. Very friendly staff. Only down side was the street noise early in to morning, bin lorry made a lot of noise waking us up earlier than we wanted. However a very nice hotel and location. Also Wifi was very usable and stable.

Everything is as advertised, the staff are great and the ladies working at breakfast were always trying to make the display look its best. It has a brilliant location just a straight forward walk from the station and right near the Arena and Piazza Bra but not so close you get any noise.
My only two points against it are that the walls are thin. At least in the room I was in. I had a guy arrive part way through my stay in the room adjacent, he had the TV on and fell asleep snoring watching it. I could hear both. (Called reception and they asked him to turn it down, luckily he went to sleep and only stayed one night).
Second and again maybe it was just me as a solo traveller but I always had to leave my key at reception... In the morning fine as they need to get in and clean but the rest if the day (I was in town studying Italian so was in and out more often than usual) I don't see why I kept needing to give it go them and then collect it every time I needed something or wanted to change for the evening...
Only small things but an otherwise fine stsy at Europa

Hotel nothing as advertised really. A double room which had two singles on casters, which wouldnt stay together is hardly ideal for a romantic getaway. My girlfriend complained that the room smelled of damp. It looked in real need of rejuvenation. However, if you are only using this hotel as a base to go off and explore, come back late at night, sleep and have breakfast and go off again its great. Excellent city centre location, close to airport and train station and all major points of interest locally. Lake Garda only half an hour away too.
