Very noise , couldn’t sleep due to the activities of trash and bottle waste during the night.
Reminds me more of a hostel versus a hotel

Very disappointed. Found the area of the hotel inconvenient for us. Didn’t realize the rooms were all over the place. We were with friends and we each had a different place and some were very hard to get to, stairs no elevator etc…
Wish we had researched it more. We also had walking disabilities and it was very far to walk if you didn’t use the Spanish Steps.

Great location, helpful staff members, great room.

The hotel had a lot to offer and the room was really nice. It’s at the top of the Spanish steps so a bit of a walk up and down to everything but a taxi station is right in front so it’s easy to get around.
4.5
The stay was good overall. The front desk staff is very helpful in giving recommendations for tours and restaurants. They will even make reservations or book tours for you. Shopping is close by with a design district and tourist shops. The only issue was getting a taxi early in the morning for flights or tours or late at night.

No lift, which made things difficult, as I was on crutches…staff always there to offer assistance if I needed

Got the annex family room, is a floor or 2 down. None helped us with suitcases on arrival day.

Comfortable older somewhat economy hotel surrounded by 4 star hotels. Comfortable , good service, comfy bed good ac

The hotel was in the most ideal spot of Rome - the top of the Spanish Steps, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was clean.

Rooms were all very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was phenomenal. Cost was very reasonable for the location. Manager gave us a great recommendation for dinner and made our reservation. Highly recommend this hotel.
4.5
Well-located and -designed. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast mediocre for a hotel catering to international customers

ASK ABOUT NEARBY CONSTRUCTION. Lovely hotel, great breakfast buffet and nice staff. We stayed in The Apartment. Work on nearby scaffolding started as early as 2am until 10am. It was impossible to sleep through.

Curiously high ratings… Traveled Europe many times and this hotel HUGELY disappointing. $400 p/nt room titanically small with ZERO furniture for clothes or to lay luggage, only one very small chair. No dressers, no cabinets, no tables. We had to lay our luggage on the floor and pull clothes out as needed. Literally had to walk over luggage to get around bed to bathroom. Very TINY bed tables with no drawers or storage. Did have small closet, room for 7 items. ZERO counter space in bathroom. Asked for bigger room, advised all rooms this size with no furniture. Paid extra for a view, was given a few of the taxi parking area. Positives: Great location at top of Spanish Steps near high end shopping and many restaurants to choose from. Walk to many sights, Vatican 25 min. Good A/C. Restaurant next to hotel (Novecento) very reasonably priced with excellent food & service. OVERALL — stay somewhere else. Many other hotels to choose from.

Easy walk to Spanish steps

There policies for refunding room stay needs review. I booked a room for 07/17/24 for one night. They charge my card before I arrive. My flight was cancelled the day of my flight so I contacted the hotel and told them my flight was canceled and could not make the stay. The flight was cancelled so I’m not the blame for missing my stay so why should I lose my money

A cozy hotel, perfect location. Clean and new bathroom, huge picture window with a fantastic view. Absolutely amazing bed, sheets, and mattress. The cutest terrace for breakfast, and snacks I think later. Staff was kind and helpful.

Rooms were kind of small and air conditioning was minimal. Great location!! Breakfast is awesome.

Wonderful property in very central location to most of Rome's highlights. We were able to walk everywhere. Great shopping and dining options steps away as well. We will definitely be back!

Great service and friendly staff. Thanks

Check-in was easy. Needed to wait 45min for room to be ready, but it was an easy wait given the great location - right at the top of the Spanish steps! Room was cute and a decent size, but most importantly clean.

Great location to Spanish Steps (right next to the hotel) and lots of shopping. Beautiful view if you have a nicer room. The smaller room is great also (we had two rooms). The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

This was a fabulous location. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They helped us In Advance arrange taxis and responded quickly to messages. The view is unbelievable. We will return to this hotel when we can stay longer

Very good location. Very nice property but very uncomfortable with all the stairs you have to climb, especially for older people. At check-in nobody could help us with our luggage.

Absolutely beautiful. Best hotel stay ever!!!!

The hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps. The metro stop is only a few yards away. If you like shopping, just down the steps there are many luxury shops. The Trevi fountain is a close walk.

We stayed for 5 nights. Very charming. Room with terrace was fabulous. Staff was quick to answer emails before we arrived. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent location. We would/will stay here again. Small and super charming. Great restaurants just outside the lobby. They arranged transport to cruise terminal.

Lots of restaurants, shops all around.
Hotel was clean with central air and huge breakfast buffet.
Staff was very accommodating and very friendly.

This property was located right at the top of the Spanish Steps. A great location with blend of high end shopping and smaller boutique stores typical of tourist areas. Our room was located in the second building at the bottom of the Spanish Steps with much larger and more modern rooms than the main building (our travel companions were in the main building for comparison). The breakfast was decent and located in the main building. The staff was attentive and always willing to help out as needed. They recommended a golf cart tour company for us as a last minute addition to our trip that was awesome and they arraigned transportation from the hotel to the airport (FCO). I would stay here again if ever in Rome again.

Such a cute well positioned property. It felt more like a boutique hotel. Close proximity to everything. Would highly recommend.

The manager Daniel was amazing and all the staff. The location was great and the hotel cleanliness was impeccable. Will return next year.

Very nice stay right next to the Spanish Steps. Clean bathroom and cute room with a Rome vibe. Best breakfast I have had so far in my 10 day trip.

Great location! Comfortable room and bed. Great.

A beautiful hotel located near Spanish Steps. There is the main hotel near the top of the steps and an annex near the bottom of the steps. The annex has the elevator but the main does not. The Annex has no breakfast but the main does. So you need to be able to walk to the top of the steps to take advantage of the breakfast in the garden terrace. We were in the annex and the location was unrivaled for us. Room was more than perfect with balcony overlooking Piazza Di Spagna and Magninelli Square. Super great for walking to a variety of restaurants, hop on hop off busses and many well known sites. Staff always available and willing to help. While there is no staff in the annex they are a phone call away.
