Friendly staff and room was fairly clean

Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful

The pillows were pretty much non existent even using 2 of them. I took off the bedding so the house keeping staff had less to do and the pillows were yellow with sweat stains

Not a bad place to stay

The staff was very friendly Had a choice of rooms with just a shower or a bath which was excellent as other hotels don't have wet rooms 👍

Would of liked a bit of fresh fruit at breakfast and the the orange juice was warm and tasted like it had been watered down but coffee machine was a bonus

Exceptional

Very dog friendly. Including dog poo bags in a gift. Staff super friendly. Lots of space in hotel and rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location. Much better than Washington branch. We will be back. Superb value.

Convenient location

I booked this hotel as it had electric car charging point. Was unable to use it. Wasn't suitable for my car.

Mixed feelings about this hotel as detailed above. First room offered on ground floor had awful whining noise sounding l

Spacious, clean, modern decor, friendly and helpful staff.

Noisy air-con units, bed too soft, awful coffee in room and at breakfast.

Location was good access to routes in Northampton. Breakfast was varied.

Fab hotel but needs some maintenance.

Close to Milton Keynes national bowl.

Bathroom fan noise all night than you couldn't turn off. Aircon didn't work at all.

It's convenient for work, travel to hospital in the county.

The was uncomfortable, and I had backache in the morning. There was no face towel, and I had to collect a hairdryer from the reception .

Bathroom was not nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Reception was 24/7.

Shower flooded at 6am waking me up and then drained again leaving some white residue.
