Handout including the following would have been helpful:
-info about currency exchange.
-Internet and WIFI options and problems.
-Meal Menu options and times.
-More comprehensive local restaurant names, descriptions, days open, phone #s.
Other:
-need handrails in bathtub.
All that said, every question or problem we experienced the "owner" herself patiently and pleasantly provided an answer or solution. We could not have been more pleased.

We had a fantastic time staying here for 12 nights. The room was perfect and much larger than expected. Air con was superb and the bed was very comfortable. Pool was very warm and there was easy parking. We would definitely stay again.

Very cozy nice for a restaurant vacation but also convenient if you want to move around.

What a wonderful place to stay. Jackie (sp) was super nice and accommodating. The location was perfect and the room even better. We had a great time, and it was a perfect way to end our Antigua stay after being at a resort for a week. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a great Bed and Breakfast location.

Loved isolated location and quiet surroundings. Meals were of top quality too.
However, not easily accessable. Not suggested for anyone with mobility issues.

The Villas are a lovely boutique option for a stay and fit the bill for a business trip. Jackie and her staff are attentive and accommodating to guests' needs especially with local breakfast and dinner options. I heartily recommend.

We were made to feel very welcolme at this beautiful property. Jackie, the owner,is a really lovely interesting lady as well as being an amazing chef (you will not find better jerk chicken or pumpkin soup on the island !)
Short downhill walk to Dickenson Bay beach and a short taxi ride to St John’s. Room was immaculately clean. We loved our stay and would highly recommend

The owner, Miss Jackie, loves his B&B and it shows. This is the right place if you dont like big hotels. However, if you feel like having a beer, the beach is just half a mile away.

Our stay was amazing. We had our own car so we're self sufficient that way. Jackie the owner was fabulous. So very nice and helpful. Beautiful place. Although if you have trouble walking, there are lots of stairs to consider. Loved our stay.

Lovely quiet place for our two night stay before boarding a small ship cruise. Jackie is delightful and served excellent breakfasts. We liked being away from the big resorts with the feeling of being in a private home, yet a short taxi ride away from restaurants.

Jackie made us some jerk pork and cassava rolls and veggies that were out of this world!!!! Very responsive and great breakfasts!!! We loved it!

The owner Jackie went above and beyond. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The location of the villa is a short walk from the beach. Breakfast muffins made by Jackie was so delicious. Thank you so much for such a wonderful hospitality. My best friend and I felt so at ease and relax during our stay.

What a lovely place! This is the first time we have been to Antigua and not stayed in an all inclusive hotel and it was the best experience we have had. The owner Jackie is a great host and looks after her customers extremely well, Breakfast and dinner are home cooked and very good. Also when visiting the beach or the Capital, St Johns, the people are very friendly and the safety on the beach puts Europe to shame.
Brilliant.

The location is great, only a 10 minute walk from Dickenson Beach and a short taxi ride from St Johns (make sure to bring cash for the taxis).
The Villas are well upkept and Jackie made cooking accommodations for my vegetarian diet. Breakfast each day on the veranda overlooking the ocean was priceless. Great place for a relaxing, semi-private vacation.

Very Quiet and peaceful, perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

It was appalling.
We turned up, we had paid.
They said they have no record of it.
We stayed for an hour and showed them all the proof.
We obviously then left and had to go to another hotel.
We got back less then half with no explanation why we didn’t get the rest

Cannot fault anything at all. Quiet, friendly and a good location. A nice safe area also.
A short walk to the beach (8mins) and what a beach front it is.
Breakfast was great and really chilled out. Lovely (stunning views) from the balcony area.

Clean, quaint and quiet. The owner is the sweetest; comes w/ Continental breakfast on the balcony! We would book again!

Jackie is a wonderful host. She gave us great tips and recommendations for what to do, see, and in some cases avoid. One day I mentioned to her that I'd be cooking dinner in our villa and she gave me ingredients out of her kitchen to save me a trip to the grocery store. Just very gracious and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The experience at Sunset was everything we needed for this 5 day break. Super clean rooms and bathroom. Great location for exploring the island (recommend you get a rental so you can get around to see beaches).
And I’m saving the best for last — Jacqui is a gem. She made the whole stay. An incredibly caring owner who deserves five stars.
Thank you again

Jackie was so friendly and personable throughout my stay. I arrived late evening and stayed late the following day. She dropped me to the beach so I knew the walk back which was so kind.
Breakfast was lovely and fresh, rooms are so clean and big.
I’d highly recommend if not looking for a resort type stay.
