A great room with a little kitchen area, within walking distance of Euston Station and Underground. Free wifi was good, all freeview channels available, great useable kitchen area. Bathroom was quite small and tv could have been better positioned but overall a great experience.

It was convenient to where I needed be in London.
The entrance lobby carpet needs to be replaced.

Friendly welcome. Easy to follow instructions. Comfortable bed, but ensuite shower/WC room very tiny. When sat on the toilet my knees were up against the wall in front & I am only 5' 9" tall. That was the only negative.

Very small cramped studio
Old & tired needs refurbished!
Staff were very helpful and pleasant

I stayed for four nights and would rate it 3 stars. One star for the great location near the train and subway, and another star for King's Cross Studios 2, who helped me switch room.
I booked a large room, but it was in the basement. We could hear and feel the subway passing every few minutes, and we also heard people walking above us. The bathroom was broken, lacking temperature control, which made the living conditions very uncomfortable. I had a very bad first night.
Since the service hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, I went to King's Cross Studios2 the next morning to request a room change. They kindly found me a small room on the fifth floor. We managed to carry our luggage up since there was no elevator. The new room was clean but quite small, and even in early October, it was hot, so we had to open the kitchen window at night to cool down.
They don't clean the rooms during your stay, and you can only exchange towels during business hours, which was very inconvenient for us. On the bright side, being on the top floor allowed us to sleep better at night.
In the end, we paid for a large room but ended up in a small one and lost a night's sleep. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Great stay in a lovely location. Apartment was clean and tidy, just what I was after.

We booked a small room. Arrived before check in and was able to access the room earlier.
Hallways are carpeted and narrow. Room was small but clean and had all we needed.
Tube system nearby and you hear trains passing while it runs.
Many good restaurants nearby.
Good place to stay and reasonable price.
8.0 / 10.0
Small but serviceable room. Close to tube station. Could be a bit loud at night due to close restaurants and traffic. No AC, but luckily it was cool at night in September so we opened windows.

Studio was very clean and good size. We only stayed 1 night so didn't use kitchen but if there for a longer stay would have been very useful. A good local shop nearby and also most supermarkets near the tube. There is also a nice garden area. The guy on reception was very pleasant and helpful.
Good location - minutes from tube stations Euston Square and Warren Street but easy
walk into West End/Oxford St/Covent Garden
etc. Just next to studio is a whole street of restaurants - mainly Indian - very tasty! Would stay here again and recommend this property.

Good convenient location

While compact, room had all i needed facility with one exception no air conditioner. Room was very warm, window was to a internal courtyard so no breeze. I needed to strip off and have the portable fan on high to make it bearable. Room was quiet except when fire alarm went off.

This was in a great location for our needs...close to a Tube station and also a train station.
Although very small, it met our needs very well.

Great place to stay highly recommend

Great location, convenient to multiple Underground stations and buses. Visited two restaurants within a block and they were great!
One complaint was that our room smelled like a locker room, mainly in the carpeted hallway part. Other than that it was the perfect accommodation for our trip!

I stayed for 5 nights and it was exactly what I needed for a solo stay - I was doing a short course in Kings Cross, so v convenient location for that. Stayed in a ground floor room (in second-smallest size room offered) facing inwards, so quiet at nighttime. Bed comfy and everything you'd need was in the room - fold-out chairs, hairdryer, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer etc. Excellent location for local pubs and restaurants. Check out the nearby Indian Sweets store and Chutney's restaurant. Small supermarket nearby in Euston station and a convenience store on the same street. As many other reviewers have said - the building and rooms are narrow. So not recommended if you're a larger framed person or travelling with large bags or cases. Even a couple with bags might find this challenging. The shower cubicle is v narrow - I'm a small female and still had to pick toiletries up with my toes to reach them :-) That said, staff were friendly and helpful and the location is super convenient for Euston and Kings Cross stations. I'd def stay again.

Overall our stay was excellent. Early access to our room was great. The only downside is that rooms don't have aircon. It was hot and we were offered a lower ground room (street side) hoping for it to be cooler. Windows opened which was a plus. Unfortunately having the storage room directly opposite our window meant we were woken at an early hour by a delivery. Otherwise the room had everything we needed, and staff were very helpful.

Convenient studio in the heart of London. The simple kitchen was perfect for making small dinners and breakfasts. The room was a bit on the small side. The bed needed upgrading as it was very hard and we could feel the springs. It was conveniently located near major transit stations and halfway between Soho and Camden Town with great restaurants all around.

Property offers reasonably priced studios and apartments, very close to Euston Station and Goodge Street. Nothing fancy but they are very well equipped. We usually have a night or two in London every year, and always stay here.
10.0 / 10.0
These studios provide an excellent base for activities in London as they are within easy walking distance of transport links.
The mini-kitchens are a useful facility too.
I have stayed here many times for Quaker meetings at Friends House and value this accommodation very highly.

Tiny hot room with no aircon up 3 flights of narrow stairs with no lift.
6.0 / 10.0
the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was easy to get to Euston and Warren Street tube stations.
a couple gripes were it is a tight space for bags, and the fridge and bathroom smelled incredibly mouldy, but it was good enough for the price.

The reception is hidden, not at the front and it took some minutes to get to comunícate to make the door open. Everything else was good and easy. The bathroom is well equiped. Thanks a Lot. I liked the place is quiet

The property is close to Euston Station and has good connections by Underground to all of London. The one minor downside was that the bathroom was very cramped.
1.0 / 10.0
Absolutely appalling. No reception service at the building if you arrive late you have to walk 30
Mins to another building over a mile away to get a key. After hours no one answers the intercom or phone. I asked another guest for the emergency number. Once in the room you are greeted by a dirty and messy dated room with an uncomfortable mattress. An appalling nights sleep

Clean. Bed was more of z bed style.

Small room. With no air con. Tiny bathroom. Creaking floorboards in room above (not hotel fault occupants were walking around pretty much constantly from 05.00 hrs). Tube noise. No tea coffee provided.
Wouldnt stay again.

This is a typical Georgian style hotel. Rooms are very space efficient and acceptably clean. However, it was very hot when I stayed. There was a fan in the room, which helped a bit. Also, the guests in the room above were very noisy until just after 2am. I could hear their heavy footfall. This is so common in properties of this sort. You can never be sure of a good night’s sleep. Many thanks to Theo at the front desk for moving me to a much quieter and cooler room (facing east) for my 3rd night. I would have been so much happier if I’d been given this room for the first two nights.

We stayed here before but the last time the room was lovely but this time the room was very small, the shower head wouldn't stay up. If you turn the tap on to quick it went all over the floor and the furniture was in a pretty dilapidated state. On the plus side there's tea and coffee, toiletries in the room.

My classic room was compact but very well designed. It was very clean and in good order so I suspect it had been renovated recently. The side kitchenette included a kettle and toaster together with small but adequate range of crockery and cutlery and washing up liquid was supplied. My chairs were of the fold away variety. Despite it being small, it was comfortable and in a good location for me. The nearby tube was useful and I found a fairly large Lidl nearby offering very cheap bottles of water and surprisingly good croissants for breakfast! I would definitely use this place again.

Excellent location for Camden Town, walking distance to rail and tube station all round excellent base for a few days in London
4.0 / 10.0
Very small, double bed pushed up against wall, difficult sleeping. Bathrooms extremely small and only 2 bath towels, no hand towels. While there was info buried deep in initial emails, was not clear that after 6:30pm, had to go to different location to get keys. Expedia sent an email with this information the morning AFTER we arrived, very poor coordination. That info was not posted on the entrance either. Location near train station is only redeeming quality of this facility.

The room was very small, the door could not be locked, the window could not be locked. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. There was a screw sticking out of the floor in the bathroom which is a safety hazard. Checking had to be done at a different hotel 15 minutes walk away. The room was totally overprized. Overall, a really bad experience. Never again.

What every other reviewers said this is a good studio hotel. My room was adequate and clean and the kitchen area well appointed with everything I needed. Certainly recommend for the price and the location next to Euston Station which also was surprisingly quiet considering. Would stay again.

Overall an ok experience for a short stay. Limited toilet and bathroom space. Carpets weren’t the best smelling.
2.0 / 10.0
Checkin closed at 6.30 and as I arrived at 7, I had to walk for 15 minutes each way (ironically the way I had just come from) to another place to collect my keys. I wasn't informed beforehand that the check-in closed at 6.30.
Room was in the basement and smelt as I walked in of sewerage. Small but ok.
I was only there for 1 night and that was all I would have been able to cope with.
I wouldn't stay again tbh

Second time we have stayed here. I will always come back. Man at the front desk was great to us. Room has EVERYTHING you need! Everything. And all at a great price and next to all major underground lines. Could not be a better bargain and better deal. Has only one drawback.. if you can’t tolerate a small room and an even smaller bathroom, this is not for you. Planning a trip to explore London. This is the place! Thank you studio2let. Your awesome.

Nice room, just as advertised. Ground floor room does get a little vibration from the subway. Very close to transit, and plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. Would stay again!
