small. one bedroom but has door on the bedroom

All staff very polite and helpful. Nikita was amazing in helping us get information about everything.
4.8
Central location that still feels like a local only neighborhood, excellent restaurants within walking distance, wish we could have stayed longer.
4.8
The property is good for families. Limited TV channels. Probably can enable to connect to Netflix or other 3rd parties streaming app. The apartment condition is good and clean. Not noisy at all. It is surrounded by few convenience stores and about 8 mins walk to the underground train station.

Helpful receptionists
Home from home feeling

The Japanese apartment was particularly beautiful. A nice sized room for travelling with a small child staff for really friendly. There was a laundry on site, which was useful

Great location, very clean , quiet the staff was great. Very help. Always smiling. Great place. I will be back
4.8
Excellent location and rooms. Only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms were not completely sound proof. Would stay again
4.8
Very happy, great location walkable to lots of places

Great location and property.

- I would not recommend this hotel at all…. Rooms are very strangely designed – no cabinet space and tiny closet but table which could seat 8 people. Weird smells throughout visit and windows which were frosted over with metal mesh and locked which made the room feel a bit like a prison cell. No natural light in the room at all…..laundry costs quite a lot as well ….. Very expensive for what it is when compared to other options in the city….Location is fine but not as close to train as they say

Awesome experience. The room we had was very spacious for a family of 4. In addition, havjng laundry and a small kitchen with a fridge available makes it perfect for extended stays. The front desk was very helpful and they also have English speaking staff. Akasaka station is within walking distance (6 min) and there is a 7-11 right across the street. We definitely would stay here again.

We totally enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Minaru. The accommodations were spacious and clean.
A special shout out to Yukio who was most helpful in suggesting and securing a local taxi to Narita Airport.
4.8
Great location, facilities and spacious room. We left a hat during our initial stay and they kept it for us for our return stay. Really appreciate that.
4.8
Very convenient place for family to stay clean and easy walk arround
4.8
Great place for my family of four. Kitchen and laundry facilities help to minimise our packing and food costs. 7-11 across the road was a lifesaver. Easy access to Akasaka station and Akasaka Mitsuke station nearby. Plenty of food options within a short walk. Mimaru hotels are always a great standard.
4.8
Maybe it was because we checked in early, the room wasn’t very clean. The washroom/toilet also had a sewage smell for all the time we stayed there. Other than that it was all good.
4.8
The staff are helpful. We love the location as it is a walkable distance to train station and it is easy to go to Shibuya, Harajuku, Tokyo Station.
Very suitable for families.
4.8
Nice neighborhood, close to the metro, lots of restaurants around.
4.8
The bathroom has a horrible smell that we don’t know where it came from.
4.8
Wanted to stay at a place away from the heart of the tourist districts but close enough to get to by public transportation. Food selection among restaurants in the area is fantastic. The staff is extremely responsive to needs. Daily cleanings and replenishing of amenities is great also. Would stay again the next time visiting Tokyo.
4.8
Good hotel option for our family of 4 (2 teenage children). Close to subway station. Staff friendly. Room plenty big enough for the 4 of us and our luggage. Loved the roof terrace too. Would definitely recommend or stay again.
4.8
Our room was spacious, very handy having a kitchen and dining table with separate living areas. It was also an easy walk to shops and sites nearby as well as a station with regular trains to get everywhere we wanted to go quite quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
4.8
Maybe we were spoilt with the other options we chose in Japan - but when I consider the cost vs the actual properly, this place is in a great location and the staff were lovely - friendly and helpful - but I found the room could have been cleaner and better appointed.
It was nice but just maybe could have gotten some something more grand for the overall cost.
4.8
This would be a good place to stay if you have little kids and need some extra space with a kitchen, and want to be in Akasaka. As it was, my teenagers and I appreciated the extra space and ability to have breakfast at a table, but the room was worn, the opaque windows opened only about two inches (I guess I have become used to having a window that I can see out of), and the location was really inconvenient for a vacation in Tokyo. It would have been better for us to choose either the Ueno or Shibuya side of the city - the trek would have been fine if it had been a nicer room. The hotel wouldn’t let us change rooms with “an Expedia rate.”

Staff were always smiling and welcoming.
Rooms were spacious and clean
4.8
Small but very nice and comfortable hotel. The room was huge by Japan standards. Well equipped- kitchen etc. Only minor complaint is no chest/ drawers to unpack. Convenient location- nearby subway and lots of restaurants/ convenience stores- though I think this is true everywhere in Tokyo.
4.8
Was staying in another hotel of Mimaru in central Tokyo in our early trip. Service and amenities there were better than Mimaru Tokyo Akasaka. They provided complimentary laundry service, kitchen towel etc. I requested 3 key cards got rejected by Mimaru Tokyo Akasaka but found no problem from other branch. The inconsistency in service makes me puzzle but it’s still a pretty good hotel especially for group travelling. Room is spacious and location is great.
4.8
Staff was very friendly and service was great. Very close to a 7/11 store and train station. Overall great neighborhood and plenty of shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing!
4.8
Excellent location, great little room. Everything was well designed, would highly recommend.
4.8
Comfy place and convenient location. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby
Staff are super nice and helpful!!! Really thanks for their help during the stay.
4.8
We were pleasantly surprised. Very clean, nice room, excellent service and assistance. Close walk to the subway and some good dining options nearby. We would stay with them again.
4.8
Housekeeping was over the top, especially for a long-term stay like mine. Clean sheets every three days, vacuuming every six days, and everything else every day. The staff at the front desk was also ver the top, always friendly and ready to help with what question I had. The neighborhood was super for my purposes. Lots of restaurants and a subway stop nearby, but still very quiet and peaceful. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again some day.
4.8
I really liked the rooftop terrace which had a great view of the city. The rooms are very large and modern. Great kitchen and close to many amenities
4.8
All staff are so nice to us and we could stay with no hassle. Interior is more Japanese tradition than tiny compartment. Strongly recommended.
4.8
Almost new hotel with a very good location, close to everything we wanted to do and visit. The room was clean and in very good condition. An extra plus for the pentry that we used for breakfast and afternoon snack etc.The staff was very helpful and friendly.
4.8
we like the convenient location of this hotel, the Japanese feeling. But the not impressed with the lack of coffee machine, cheap personal amenities they provided compared to the other hotels we stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto.
4.8
Apartment style stay. Convenient to transportation system and food.
4.8
Good location, 3 min walk from Akasaka station and 15 min walk from Roppongi Hills neighborhood. The frontdesk staff had good English and were able to hold our luggage after we checked out the next day. The room was comfortable for 4 people and more spacious than a typical Tokyo hotel. Great value for money.
