Very clean, good sized room for Superior room, and queen sized bed. Worth the upgrade for comfort. Dated bathroom, could do with an upgrade to toilet and shower.

Managed to cheak in early so very happy.
Room was hot and couldn’t work the thermostat as it kept switching off.
Breakfast was poor, waiting around for items plus not good quality.

Absolutely loved it. Fabulous executive room. Spacious. Everywhere very clean. Loved the balloons and gifts on the bed. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Food delicious. Good variety of buffet and hot droid at breakfast. Loads of discount vouchers which made the stay very affordable. Couldn’t fault a thing. Parking is £6 for 24 hours but that’s not expensive.

Stayed on my wedding anniversary at the hotel. The hotel management surprised me with an amazing room setup. Enjoyed every minute. Excellent hotel and ideal visiting the designer outlet stores and Coates water park. Hotel is excellent. Best customer I have experienced in Swindon

The check in was very confusing as initially they tried to charge me for one night even though my reservation was clearly for two nights.
The interconnecting room seemed to be having a party until 3am which made it difficult to sleep. Normally I would have confronted the offending guests myself but as I have recently beeen diagnosed with cancer I didn't feel up to the task.

Highly recommend the hotel, room and breakast. Area around a bit bleak but easy walk to the station.

We stayed for 1 night on Saturday 24th August 2024, room fantastic , all staff friendly n helpful , I would highly recommend a stay here
4.4
Stayed here as a stop over on route to west Wales, nice hotel, friendly staff and very good breakfast. No bad points about the hotel.
4.4
Only one night but couldn’t fault any of it

TOO BLOODY NOISEY . 5 AM OTHER PEOPLE CHATTING AND SLAMMING DOORS. BOTTLES SMASHING ... CAR ALARMS GOING OFF.. HAD NO SLEEP .. SOUNDED LIKE A DISCO OUTSIDE
4.4
Good stay on the whole. Only problem was at check in and the staff didn’t charge the right room rates for the right room compared to the booking and insisted on the person booked in a double room paying the rate for the family room (despite the booking being in the correct names etc)
4.4
Bang average, poor parking, poor service, poor food. Not much has changed from its jury inn days.
4.4
Good experience, rooms are reasonable big.
We had an issue with the air conditioning which wasn’t working, reception staff moved to another room with a nice upgrade as a sorry… that’s I’ll call customer service.
Parking lot is next door, can get full but the parking space is very very small, easy to hit next car when you open the door.
Some rooms started to look a bit older and some basic maintenance is needed.

Comfortable
Great breakfast

Air conditioner didn’t work. We requested to be next to each other. We had 3 floors between us. We chose the hotel due to having a restaurant. We never got to use it. Instead had to eat in bar. Limited menu with poor choices, food was cold, drinks had no ice even after requesting. Size and type of drink changed depending on bar tender.

The hotel is located very close to restaurants and a few minutes drive to the designer outlet. The parking was £6 a night in their car park at the rear of the hotel. We were very lucky to get the last space, as the car park was full. However more parking is available at a nearby covered car park. Although located very close to the centre, it does get very quiet late evening.
Breakfast was very nice. Plentiful and a good variety. Staff were very helpful and polite.
The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. However in the bathroom, the tiles and pipes behind the toilet, although clean, needing replacing as they were discoloured due to age. That was the only thing that brought down the overall rating, otherwise a very good hotel.

Room did not have a phone, no complimentary bottled water was provided for making tea/coffee, very basic room

Having stayed here several times on business trips, and found the hotel to be quite good, my latest visit was disappointing. The car park was full, which is not too much of an issue since there is a public multi-storey nearby, but still a nuisance at the end of a long day when your have bags and laptops etc. to cart around. On arrival I specifically asked the receptionist the closing time of the bar and was told midnight. This turned out not to be true as it was closed when I came down at 11.30 having caught up on some work - the duty manager informed me it closed early when not busy. Then my room was an accessible one, not a problem in itself, apart from the lack of a bath, and also no shaving mirror? Do people using accessible rooms not shave? Minor annoyances, but the room rate was close to double the price of my usual stay, so I will look elsewhere next time I am working in Swindon.

Amy at reception waa extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgable when i checked in. She truly is an asset and ambassador to your hotel. Holly was very helpful when my keycard stopped working on my 2 night stay. It would have been great if therthere was an indoor gym at the hotel.
4.4
Very nice for the price but very little parking, first come first serve , but there’s a multistory car park near by

Good

I paid for 3 nights parking which they had to refund because there wasn’t enough space - why sell more tickets than you have spaces?! Service in the bar was really slow - staff were new I assume - but everyone was friendly
4.4
Very clean and spacey with comfortable beds . Hard to find a parking position at night but the garage across the street can be used . Very good English style full breakfast which is a surprise to us . It locates at the south end of Cotswolds which makes the visit/trip to all villages being efficient . Meanwhile , the rate is much better than the other hotels in the Cortip
4.4
Very nice hotel by centre, area not very nice but undergoing improvements. Parking on Hotel grounds a very big issue.

Perfect location and hotel is amazing

Excellent
But the hot water and flow was too thin that had to spend 30mins for shower

Great staff
4.4
Hotel was ok but when you include the parking given the area it’s a bit expensive .
I hate paying for parking especially if it’s not somewhere really nice
4.4
Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. We have stayed here before and will be staying again. Highly recommend this hotel.
4.4
Stay is good, we reached late so had to park across the street.
4.4
Good service, easy parking £6 for 24 hrs ,10 mins walk to town, nice big room, very clean.

4.4
I like d room structure clean n tidy .
4.4
Close to town which is good however we arrived and I wasn’t even on the system and they almost didn’t let us stay which was a huge inconvenience

Think the parking should be free to the guests
