Great location, ideal for walks into town. Very cozy and warm during a cold spell.
Creaking floorboards could do with attention, apart from that everything was great

This is a fantastic apartment with superb facilities and ideally located to explore Bury St Edmunds. Everywhere was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. There really was nothing we could fault and without doubt, one of the best properties we have stayed in.
Absolutely nothing.

The apartment is situated near the centre of town. You can walk through the beautiful Abbey Gardens to get there. The flat had everything you needed, and there was a welcome bottle of milk in the fridge, which was thoughtful. The owners had emailed instructions so it was easy to get access. The kitchen was very well appointed and nice and clean.
It was quite cold in the apartment especially the bedroom.. There was a thermostat in the living room but no instructions how to heat the room, surprising as they had written in great detail on how to use Amazon Fire on the TV. Eventually I realised that the radiators were all turned off. I know it was common sense, but a little note would have helped. The bedroom door was shabby unlike the rest of the flat.

Very quiet and clean
Nothing all was good
4.0 / 5.0
Location was very good, and property was big enough for two people and well equipped. Bed was comfortable.
Lots of rules which was a little off putting. Had to wash all the glassware and crockery before using as it had not been left very clean by the previous person. Bedroom door was quite dirty. Huge build up of leaves by outside door.

fantastic location with parking
warm accommodation
lots of ladybirds in the apartment , especially the bathroom .
no extra pillows which were needed as the ones there need replacing

Warm, cosy, brilliant location for the town of Bury St. Edmunds, with the abbey gardens so close they were an extension of the school house.
Of the two dining chairs one was a light folder, and although comfortable enough, and more seure than it appeared it really did not suit the property.

It was a nice apartment that had everything I needed for my stay.
The bed was very comfortable.
It was great to have milk, tea and coffee provided on arrival.
Good location that was close to the City Centre and amenities.
Sofa was not very comfortable.
It was quite noisy until I got used to it as no double glazing.
I didn't actually get the leaving the apartment instructions until I got home as I had not seen the email that came in during my stay, I would prefer to have all the information in one go.

Proximity to town. Everything we needed was in apartment. Comfortable bed.
Comfort of sofa. Carpet edge in lounge could be trip hazard. Having to strip bed when leaving. Towels like sandpaper! No hot water on arrival, had to call handyman out.
3.0 / 5.0
A pleasant and well equipped apartment, within easy walking distance of the town centre.
I didn't realise the property is on a very busy road (I should have checked more thoroughly before booking). I find traffic noise difficult and cannot sleep with it. The mattress was a bit soft for my liking, but this is a personal preference - I need a hard mattress for my back.

Great little apartment for a couple. Excellent location and parking.
4.5 / 5.0
It is in a very nice location, private parking, very clean and well equipped.
There is no double glazing (assume as listed building) so could be a little tricky to get to sleep with the traffic going past.

Good location, overlooking abbey gardens.
3.5 / 5.0
The location was very near to the town centre and had good places to eat nearby.
The location was on the edge of the Abbey Gardens which was a beautiful place to walk through up to the town.
The flat was clean inside, light and very homely as well as having everything that we needed.
The shower was excellent - something that we always want to be good.
There was free parking provided with the flat.
The bed was comfortable.
The confusion of the parking for the flat was quickly remedied by a phone call to the Housekeeping team (thank goodness) letting us know that there was a parking place further into the property driveway.
The flat was a bit noisy from the road at night and would benefit from double glazing.
The paintwork could do with being freshened up.
It would benefit from a shelf in the shower to put toiletries on.
The photo in the description for the parking was no longer applicable and should be updated. This caused a little confusion as there was an old sign for the parking for the flat still showing from the road when arriving.
The outside of the flat was not at all welcoming. There were well established weeds in the drive and walk to the front door and the electrical boxes outside of the front were very dirty. I would recommend a good clean and weed at the beginning of the season.
