Adjacent to the kitchen are doors that open out to the undercover entertaining deck, spanning the entire length of the home, with a gas plumbed BBQ, tables and chairs for alfresco dining. Wonderful views of the tennis court and horizon.

Access via the front door on entry level, are stairs to the gorgeous 2nd living area, with views out to the Bay. An outdoor deck for entertaining and relaxing, as you watch the ships and watercraft pass by. A telescope provides further views of this wonderful Sorrento location.

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 5 with 3 x single bunk beds. Access is via stairs from the kitchen located on entry level.
A full bathroom and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The Games Room provides all year-round entertainment with a table tennis table, couch, mini fridge and access to the outdoor deck with swing chairs, garden area and the full-sized tennis court & mini trampoline.

Ducted heating is provided throughout the home. Guests have access to all areas of this home, gardens and tennis court grounds, except for locked cupboards & garage.
