Incredible Prime Sorrento location, tri-level holiday home with beach views from the top-level living area and entertaining deck, walk to the beach, located just across Point Nepean Road, walk to Sorrento village, shops, hotels, restaurants & quick access to Queenscliff Ferry.

Min 2 nights, Min 3 nights long weekends, Min 4 nights Easter. Min set nights for Summer peak season, mid-December to end of January.
ENTRY LEVEL
Walking through the front door, you will be delighted by a large and stylishly furnished, light filled spacious open plan living and dining area. Tv, Wi-Fi, Foxtel, split system air-conditioning, ducted heating, wood burning open fireplace, large dining table to accommodate as many guests. A functional and well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and kitchen staple amenities to cook for large groups. Island bench with 5 stools. Coffee pod machine that accepts ‘Caffe Italy’ compatible capsules. Adjacent to the kitchen are doors that open out to the undercover entertaining deck, spanning the entire length of the home, with a gas plumbed BBQ, tables and chairs for alfresco dining. Wonderful views of the tennis court and horizon.

Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 with 2 King Single Beds.
Bedroom 4 with a Queen Bed.
A main bathroom with shower and toilet is shared on this ENTRY level.
UPSTAIRS
Access via the front door on entry level, are stairs to the gorgeous 2nd living area, with views out to the Bay. An outdoor deck for entertaining and relaxing, as you watch the ships and watercraft pass by. A telescope provides further views of this wonderful Sorrento location.
Bedroom 1 with King Bed. A full bathroom ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet.
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 5 with 3 x single bunk beds. Access is via stairs from the kitchen located on entry level.
A full bathroom and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The Games Room provides all year-round entertainment with a table tennis table, couch, mini fridge and access to the outdoor deck with swing chairs, garden area and the full-sized tennis court & mini trampoline.
Ducted heating is provided throughout the home. Guests have access to all areas of this home, gardens and tennis court grounds, except for locked cupboards & garage.

Our 4 families and 3 generations gathered for an Easter celebration at St Pauls in Sorrento. We were blessed with wonderful weather, the spacious 3 level home suited our needs exceptionally well. Plenty of indoor space & the outdoor decking with views of the gardens, tennis court and horizon was just lovely. At dawn, a spectacular nightly ritual of bats flying over the rooftops was quite spectacular. Everyone enjoyed the tennis court which was well maintained. Located one house back from Point Nepean Rd, the house position is just perfect to stroll along the beach path to Blairgowrie or to the main shopping strip in Sorrento. The kitchen was well equipped and facilitated many meals over the 4 days. Beach House Rentals are fabulous to communicate with and we were very grateful for the late checkout provided. We would highly recommend this home and very much look forward to returning.

Fabulous large holiday home a stones throw from the beach and short walk to main street Sorrento. Superb views, comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Loved everything about it. Management company Beach House Rentals was excellent to deal with.
