Myself, my husband, and my 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was clean and beautiful and the property was conveniently located near a grocery store and some local attractions we wanted to see. We will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous place with amazing view on mountains in a quiet spot. Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, quality furniture and drapes added additional comfort.
Unit has everything you need on vacation.

Many years ago my husband and I had summer access to an identical condo to this one in Solitude Village on Mt. Okemo, so this past week was a real walk down memory lane! The condo was lovely…very clean and well appointed, with sweeping views of the mountains from the master bedroom and living room. The king mattress was very comfortable, and the numerous linens available were fresh, plentiful and high-end. The grounds of Solitude were exquisitely maintained, and while these units do not have AC, the unit gets a wonderful breeze with the windows open and we were more than comfortable with Vermont summer nights dropping to the 50’s and 60’s each night.
One thing we remembered about Solitude Village was the amazing clubhouse with gym, outdoor pool and hot tub, and we wondered if our memories would disappoint us nearly 20 years later. But we needn’t have worried. Far from being disappointed, we were amazed at how beautifully maintained the space was with stacks of clean, fresh towels and the pool that was absolutely pristine and perfectly maintained. We loved it and could not recommend this unit more energetically.
Vermont in the summer – what could be better? The location is the perfect home base to so many special day trips and we did as much as we could… Quechee Gorge, Woodstock and Plymouth Notch, Echo Lake and Buttermilk Falls – even a wonderful trip to the Hildene Lincoln estate.
This is a wonderful spot and we hope to return!

After a really busy year we took off on a whim. It was really great, the property was beautiful and there was plenty for the kids to do too (even though we went between seasons).

We loved the location and the mud room! Perfect for gearing up to ski! Lovely place with plenty of room for our family of four. Would work well for a larger family too.

We spent a long weekend at Solitude Village at Okemo. The condo was beautifully furnished and a short walk to slopes. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Okemo is great.

The property itself was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained and even had firewood for the fireplace (nice touch).
The interaction with Vacasa was extremely poor. We had an issue with not being able to lock the main door and when I called Vacasa, they provided instructions on a Schlage, however, the lock on the door was a LockState. They could not find instructions to fix the issue. They finally told me someone would bring a key shortly. When we returned from diner 2 hours later, there was no key. I texted Vacasa and was told that I could pick up the key or someone would bring it - I opted for them to bring it to me. Again, no one brought the key.
The next morning I texted again, and was told the same thing, someone would bring it. I told them to leave the key under the mat as we had plans to go out. When we returned 8 hours later, still no key.
I texted yet again that evening and was told I could pick up the key or someone could bring it. This time I opted to pick it up, which I did and finally could sleep since the main door would now be locked.
I was frustrated because they kept apologizing and asking if there was anything else they could do and I continued to say that we needed the key because the key code pad was broken. They again "apologizing for the inconvenience" and asked if there was anything else they could help me with.
I will never use Vacasa again. You call California and your in Vermont. NEVER AGAIN ... Vacasa.

Apartment was exactly as described, clean, organized… absolutely no complaints there. However, upon arrival we discovered that the touch lock on the door was not working and was simply open…After contacting the staff we discovered that we were supposed to pick up physical key at a totally different address - this part was never mentioned a single time in any of the communications. After checkout we also had to drive extra 7min out of our way to drop the key off.
To the management of the property- please communicate the check in process clearly

The facility was very nice, clean and quiet. My only 2 problems were the reason I chose this place is because it’s off season and I knew it would be quiet. My whole objective of the weekend was to chill by the pool and hot tub. On the day of at 1:30 I got an email stating that the pool area was closed due to a flood that happened a month prior. This needed to be listed in the description or at confirmation. We were given a pass for a pool in another nearby facility. That facility was fine but not at all what I was looking for and never ended up using it. It was very much for families and I went away to get a break from the kiddos. The second was there needs to be info on how to work the lock keypad for the front door.

Property was on a trail that gave access to two different lifts. Easy to get on the mountain.

Home is spacious, well maintained & convenient.
Just a short walk to the blue slope Upper Moonshadow trail.
The only thing was the wood fireplace didn’t seem to be vented well. We started the fireplace the first night, but it got pretty smoky so we didn’t do again the rest of the stay.
The way the property was managed (checkin process) wasn’t good. We got a text for our checkin but the wrong key # was provided to us in the text. We had to drive back to the management office a 2nd time to get the correct key.
Also, safety is of concern here: keys of all rental units were there available in the “key box”. And though the management company tried to “randomize” the key # to the unit # (not matching each other) to give “safety” yet there was a poster right where the keys were telling exactly what key # was for what unit #.
There was only 2 keys to our unit when we picked them up. And when we returned our 2 keys, there was 1 key to our unit there. So someone had a key to our unit. This is a very very poor & unsafe system.
