It is surprise and amazing !! :)

This is a excellent boutique hotel located at a convenient location. The facilities, equipment and design of room is totally amazing including the sauna room, bath room, karaoke, sound and light system. Wooden floor is my favorite too. The room size is big enough compare with other hotel. Each floor has 2 rooms only and perfectly match my 2 rooms booking. Although the hotel entrance and lobby not big, it fills with comfort and home design. The staffs are really friend helpful and friendly especially Ms. Satsuki, always welcome us with charming smile. Different from other hotel, they always provide extra stuffs on our request. About the breakfast, it provides 6 types and Japanese type breakfast is my favorite. I visited Japan more than 10 times and this is the best hotel we stayed.

Incredible room and stuff, staff very very nicce

This hotel and the room are amazing! I should have stayed longer but I could not (thanks to the hotel and their understanding), I will come back another time, for sure. The room is between traditional and futurist styles. The entrance (leave your shoes here), the doors are old ways style and very nice. The bathroom has a real sauna and hammam, tv in the bath, and every little stuff aside are very appreciable. The bed is very big and confy, so is the couch, the tv is enormous, there are karaoke stuff, bluetooth connection to the room, ambiance lights to configure as you want, and so many details and little stuff, I appreciated, I cannot list them all. Special thanks to Sayaka who speaks french, and quite good! I love and will keep the helpful and nice postcard you left to me at the door regarding my request, I was moved by it, thank you so much / MERCI BEAUCOUP <3

Few and limited windows. No way to see outside, but I think it is the purpose of this hotel : discretion and quietness. Once you are in your room, the world is yours :) Not so close from Shibuya.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are great 😄 it is also well located, and the rooms are beautiful

The rooms are designed for shorter stays, without a lot of storage space (we were traveling for over a month and had a lot of luggage 😅). We were also woken up once at 4AM by guests of another room who were singing karaoke in their room. Be advised: all rooms come equipped with karaoke equipment.

staff were extremely helpful and friendly. did everything to make our stay more pleasant. everything you could possibly need you’ll find in this property. bathroom had all things you could need from basic hygiene products to skincare.

I give a rate of 8/10.

The staff was soo friendly. I like the sauna and jacuzi.

The TV on the wall was low if they raise it up around 10 cm it will be perfect. The pillows was not that comfortable. If they change them it will be better.

Good overall experience with amenities, definitely a good spot if you are backpacking with minimal luggage. Breakfast in

Luxurious Tokyo Suite.

Luxurious Tokyo Suite. The staff were attentive and did not overlook any detail. The Japanese breakfast was magnificent. Excellent facilities and comfort.

Quite a distance from the subway (20 min walk) and further from JR.

Fantastic hotel in japan, counter staff are extremely helpful and kindness, stay in 4 star hotel like treating customer services like in 5 star hotel. Room is huge and comfort, facilities in room are amazing.Will recommended friends and will choose to stay back when come to japan 😊

Best room ever!

Our room was amazing! We had no idea the room would include karaoke feature! I enjoyed using the shower and sauna as well. Everything in the room was perfect!

Hotel Minato was beautiful. Everything was incredibly clean and new - and the facilities have all been designed with exceptional care. The staff at the hotel were so helpful, including arranging a taxi for us upon our departure. We are very grateful to them. The room itself had a sauna (!) which was much appreciated after our travels, and the furnishings felt extremely luxurious. We had the Japanese style breakfast which was delicious. Couldn't have been happier!
