Updated and very comfortable. Only drawback was living area was warm without air conditioning but it was the summer. Would recommend highly as long as you have a car.

We loved our stay at this unit in Princeville. The owner did a fantastic job with the full remodel of the unit. Everything was perfect, and the property owner was very responsive to our questions. The property has two walkable nearby attractions. Turtle Cave is so close and a really cool place to visit. We did get to see 2 turtles while we were there for 45 minutes, as well as some crabs on the rocks. Queens bath is only a bit further away, but still walkable through the neighborhood, which was also a really fun find. We were there right at sunset, which was beautiful. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked fantastic and kept us cool while we were there. The remodeled primary bathroom was awesome with the dual showerhead spacious shower and the massive soaking tub. My wife loved that! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The condo was updated, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the location for our daytime activities. We got to enjoy the Saturday Market right there in the community as well. We also ventured down to the Turtle Cove and got to see a Turtle. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in your property. Your renovations were perfect!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The only hiccup we had was the front door lock.

The property is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked to allow one to cook excellent meals. We had a problem with the cable television and needed to be on site while the cable company fixed it as Sheri was out of state. The location is very nice.

It was clean, neat and Nice. Super comfortable beds!!! The AC in the bedrooms saved us getting too hot while we slept. Everything was awesome. Will definitely stay there again if, hopefully when, we come back to Kauai.

This is our second time in Kauai. We stayed here for the first half of our 12 day trip and are truly regretting splitting the trip between the north and south shore. The location is prime, with trails to the water just steps away, where we swam and also got to see turtles each time went down. The interior is perfect. We have two teen boys and it felt extremely spacious and clean. The kitchen had all our cooking needs. Although not the cliff building, we still had a view of the ocean on one side, the patio side has a view of the mountain range. Both just perfect. It definitely felt like a home away from home… instead of a resort condo. Very comfortable. We will stay here again. Thank you for opening up your home.

The owners have obviously gone out of their way to ensure this place has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is very well-equipped with high end appliances and all necessary gadgets. The beds are comfortable with supportive mattresses and breathable linens. The towels are plush and soft. The beach chairs and umbrella are premium quality and in great shape. The bathrooms are spa-inspired. And the views of the ocean from the grounds are breathtaking. All in all a fantastic and luxurious place to feel at home when on the island!

A beautiful property in a beautiful setting. We particularly enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare many of our meals from scratch. The rest of the condo was luxuriously fitted out and furnished. A real gem.

Very nice condo, our group of 4 (2 couples) were very comfortable during our 2 week stay. Condo unit was supplied with everything we needed for cooking, doing laundry & relaxing. We wanted to scuba but the equipment supplied by the condo owners is in poor condition so we could only use 1 set out of the four. It was a bit tricky to find our unit at 1:00 am as we only had the street address. If you include "Alii Kai" along with the address, your navigation system will take you directly to it. Overall, a very well maintaned & roomy condo with ocean views a half a block away.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable (especially the pillows) condo in a friendly area. The unit was well stocked and has all the beach goodies you need (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear...) Princeville is wonderful community with an amazing Saturday market, don't miss it.

We just checked out. This home was in a beautiful location and was very clean, which is sometimes hard to find when traveling. I appreciated the attention to detail and the amazing kitchen set up so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Definitely recommend fit anyone coming to the north shore!

Well equipped and very clean condo (no carpets- yay!) Especially compared with other vrbo units we have used. Great location with short drive to many beaches and Napali coast. Only minor issue was noise from footsteps in condo above occupied on our last night. Sherri answered most emails very quickly. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect for our honeymoon in Kaua’i. Fantastic location with great ocean views and nearby Turtle Cave. Great nearby parking spot. The place was huge and spacious and extremely nice. All the appliances and amenities were top notch. Great outdoor patio area. Great location to Princeville and Hanalei Bay. Can’t recommend this place enough.

2 couples of 70+ ages; close friends with professional backgrounds who can be highly critical. We had a very enjoyable stay. One suggestion would be to make the unit # on the outside of the building where the unit was located clearer and brighter . you might also think about providing a map of the entire condo development with the unit noted on the website.

We loved this property. Tastefully remodeled, you can tell the owners did not leave any detail unnoticed. Everything was clean upon check in. Unit had everything you would need. Although I do recommend that the host have beach chairs available. I look forward to staying here again!

Our week in Princeville was amazing…we had a little issue finding the condo in the dark and the owners came right over and helped us, we were so thankful! The condo is beautiful and very clean. Also has amazing views from the patio and out the kitchen and dining room windows. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Princeville😁

We had a wonderful time enjoying the North Shore from this perfect location. The host, Sherri, was amazing and quick to respond when we had any questions. The place was just as advertised and we were pleasantly surprised to find all the beach toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided for us. This was a great perk and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Kauai.

Sherri and Larry's home was beautiful - rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. They were also very accommodating with our request to use the beach umbrella and towels on the morning of our check-out, even if the items were returned past the check-out time. We would definitely stay here again; it was perfectly located for exploring the north shore of Kauai!
