You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located duplex. Within walking distance to tennis/pickleball courts, multiple fitness centers, parks and walking paths, restaurants, cafes, shopping, Target, and Trader Joe's. If you're looking for a little bit more, you're a quick drive to The Shops at West End.
Free off-street parking in the driveway with access to the garage*. Prior authorization is required for garage access. The backyard is fenced in and shared with the other unit. For this reason, we ask that you don't leave your dog(s) unattended in the backyard.
Free High-speed internet. 940 Mbps, that's enough for all guests to stream their own devices as well as one or both of the HDTVs. Get work done anywhere upstairs or at the downstairs workstation with a cordless device charger on the desk.
The stocked kitchen has a drip coffee and K-cup coffee maker. A variety of K-cups are available. Quality dinnerware, cups/mugs, and flatware. Calaphalon pots and pans. Cutting boards, knives, and other essentials.
Family-friendly. On-site we have a pack 'n play, highchair, and stroller. Puzzles, games, and books. Kid-friendly dinnerware in the kitchen.
Pet friends are welcome, but we would appreciate it if they kept all 4 on the floor. This may be hard for furry friends that like to sleep with their owners. Your furry friend needs to be supervised at all times. If you leave the property, you may leave them as long as they are in a crate.

This property was as described and very lovely inside. Felt safe in the neighborhood and there were places to walk close by plus shopping. The Honey and Rye bakery was a great find.
