Location was in a quite and clean part of the saracen bay. Free kano service was excellent.Sunbeds were very comfy. Stuff in the restaurant were very helpful and smiling.
Restaurant menu was limited. We had to pay for our 6 years old kid an extra 12$ per day for breakfast which wasn't mentioned on booking.com page while we were doing our reservation.
Daily supply in our room wasn't consistent. Coffee was limited. Coffee in the breakfast was not hot. Rooms were clean but housekeeping was superficial.

Très bien placé au bord de la plage et pas loin des restaurants du "centre" de l'île ; très grand bungalow pour 3 personnes avec 2 grandes chambres et une grande pièce de vie, salle de bain en extérieur avec belle baignoire ; petit-déjeuner copieux quand on sait qu'on peut prendre 2 plats (surtout du salé), les fruits viennent en fin de repas ; lits balinais sur la plage, eaux transparentes
une partie du personnel ne comprend pas l'anglais, pourtant indispensable dans ce genre d'endroit très touristique ; manque de sucré au petit-déjeuner, beurre et confiture minimalistes ; des moutiques

The room is large & comfortable
Two comments it was a struggle to get beach towels. We had to go to reception at lunchtime on day 2 & even then they seemed reluctant. There should be 2 in the room
Secondly the atmosphere is extremely quiet. Which is great during the day but there is nothing to do in the evening or at the beach bar. I think they could do something as we didn't even see an evening menu so we always went down the beach which to be fair is great

The accomodation itself was a perfect coastal getaway. The outdoor style bathroom was amazing and everything was in fantastic quality! All of the facilities were so accomodating and well maintained.
It would have been nice to have a chair or place to sit in the room.

Es una lástima . Si pusieran música y la ambientaran un poco la gente se quedaria mas a consumir y no irian a buscar otros sitios con mas ambiente.
Ademar cuando estàs en las tumbonas también deberia ir pasando algun camarero para preguntar si el Cliente quiere consumir alguna cosa.

Great location on a quite part of the beach, but closeby to restaurants and bars. The rooms were comfortable and clean and if there were ever any problems, these were rectified immediately.

However, one aspect that could be improved is the mosquito situation. While the rooms are clean and spacious with stunning views of the ocean, the presence of mosquitoes can be quite bothersome. Installing mosquito nets in the rooms would greatly enhance the comfort of guests and ensure a restful night's sleep.

Location great, beach beds, clean beach, room, clean room, good food, nice breakfast, very friendly, good English.
Only thing was because there is a lot of mosquitos (expected) and the toilet is outside, there wasn't any prevention when cleaning and mosquito deterrents on the outside toilet. Add deterrents for guests to light and make sure cleaners do not leave the doors open when cleaning as we got bite ALOT during our stay.

Personnel au top. Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de l'île. Suite à un problème de santé, nous avons pu compter sur la compétence et le dévouement du personnel notamment de l'accueil et de la direction. Leurs aide et soutient ont été très réconfortants.

Die Anlage ist wahrhaftig ein Traum. Unserer Meinung nach hatte dieses Resort auch den schönsten und saubersten Strandabschnitt an diesem Strand. Es gab tolle Strandbetten mit denen man sich wie in der Karibik gefühlt hat. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem.
Der Room Service war sehr langsam, teilweise fehlten frische Handtücher. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks (a la Carte) hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Es gab lediglich sehr westliche Gerichte (zB Eggs Benedict) oder Suppen/sehr deftiges aber nichts "dazwischen". Für ein solches Resort und auch den Preis würde man sich etwas mehr Auswahl erwarten. Auch der Passionsfruchtsaft zum Frühstück war nicht frisch, sondern aus der Packung.

Uns hat vor allem das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Das Bad im Außenbereich ist besonders schön!
Leider ist die Außenanlage sehr spartanisch und wirkt wie ein Bunker. Das Essen im Restaurant ist zudem viel zu teuer ( auch die Getränke). Hier erwartet man aufgrund der Preise eine hohe Qualität jedoch war das Abendessen das wir dort hatten eine große Enttäuschung! Wer also hier übernachtet sollte wo anders essen gehen!

Ein Paradies auf Erden! Perfektion ohne Aufdringlichkeit, schöne große Zimmer (mit Meerblick), tolles halb offenes Bad, mit Sicherheit der schönste Strandabschnitt in der Bucht, Strand sehr breit, ausreichend natürlicher Schatten bzw Vorhänge auf den Himmelbetten, immer genug Platz, keine Liegen reservierende Gäste - welche Wohltat. Weißer weicher Sand, flach abfallend ins Meer, Wasser angenehme Temperatur, nicht so eine warme Lacke wie der Indische Ozean und man kann tatsächlich schwimmen. Wasser sehr sauber, nichts am Boden, keine Korallen aber auch keine Seeigel, kaum Seegras und fast kein Plastikmüll (extremer Unterschied zu Thailand z.B.), alles wird täglich gereinigt. Minibarpreise sehr günstig, täglich genug Trinkwasser in Glasflaschen gratis, auch Lunch und Dinner im Hotel sehr gut und zum fast gleichen Preis wie an den Barbecuerestaurants am Strand. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen an Abend entlang des Strandes, nur ein Paar Minuten Strandspaziergang. Angenehmes Publikum, großteils junge Backpacker - keine Sauf- und Sextouristen.
Gratis Kanus, gratis Abholung und Rückbringung mit dem Traktor vom Pier, spitzenhafte Massagen im Spa zu echt günstigen Preisen.
Fazit: Vergesst Thailand! Die perfekte Erholung findet man günstiger hier, aber nicht weitersagen :)
Das Verständnis der vermutlichen Restaurantleiterin (Maly?) für die Krankheit unserer Tochter. Sie leidet an Zöliakie und braucht glutenfreie Küche. Der Koch war super bemüht, freundlich und hat es auch perfekt hinbekommen, hat mit Liebe täglich ein Spezialfrühstück gezaubert - danke!!! Aber die Dame war genervt und hat die Hälfte nicht verstanden. Wenn sie nicht da war, war alles bestens.

In luoghi in cui la marea si abbassa sensibilmente dal mattino la piscina è la marcia in più.

I couldn't believe the quality of this place for the bargain of what we paid. It was five star service, we got a room upgrade, and everything was beyond beautiful. Earlier reviews mention construction work but that must all be complete now. The room was seriously lux. Free use of their kayaks at any time. Beach beds were lovely.
The one thing it's lacking is a pool, but at a nearby resort they let you use their pool if you buy 10US$ worth of food/drink, so we enjoyed doing that. And I think Island Centre Point has more luxurious rooms than the resorts with pools, so we got the best of both worlds!

Comme partout au Cambodge personnel extrêmement gentil. Mais ici aucun sens du client, pas de service, lenteur effrayante. Infrastructures désuètes mal (voire pas du tout) décorées. Salle à manger à fuir. Tarifs de restauration grotesques au point que personne n’y prend ses repas à part le pdj, et encore, vraiment pas terrible.

Magnifique hôtel sur la baie de Saracem, les équipements sont charmants et bien intégrés au paysage sans le dénaturer.
La plage devant l'hôtel est superbe, avec de chouettes équipements et notamment un prêt de kayak !
L'emplacement sur la baie de Saracem permet de se baigner sans aucune difficulté et les plages de Lazy Beach et Sunset Beach sont accessibles par une petite marche (environ 30 min) dans la jungle, très joli !
La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse et très propre avec une superbe salle de bain extérieure avec baignoire et douche. Le lit est très grand et très confortable. La vue sur la mer est un régal.
Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant, avec de petites attentions très appréciables.
Les petits déjeuners inclus sont délicieux, tout comme le reste de la carte du restaurant.
Allez y les yeux fermés !
Le restaurant est en effet un peu cher, mais les prix sur l'île sont de toutes façons plus élevés que dans le reste du Cambodge et l'hôtel n'est pas tellement plus cher que le reste de l'île.
Le service de nettoyage du linge n'était pas aussi impeccable qu'espéré compte tenu du prix

Lo Staff molto cordiale e sorridente
Abbiamo prenotato una stanza king superior che in realtà dava su un muro di cinta ed era accanto al generatore! La stanza in sé sono 4 muri spogli con un materasso poggiato per terra! Non ci sono comodini ne tavoli ne sedie, nulla per appoggiare qualcosa! Addirittura gli interruttori per le luci sono da un lato unico del letto! Il resto della stanza è su in cortiletto cieco parzialmente coperto da una tettoia in lamiera che alle 2 del pomeriggio diventa un forno! Manca uno specchio! La colazione alla carta è praticamente priva di pietanze dolci! La struttura è disadorna di qualsiasi suppellettile o pianta che possa rendere accogliente il tutto! Struttura completamente in cemento impattante con il contesto in cui è inserita!

La struttura è nuova, pulitissima. Le camere sono molto belle e lo staff si preoccupa di tenere sempre pulita la spiaggia davanti al resort. Non scontato visto che in alcuni punti dell’isola è davvero sporca.
Unico neo: manca forse un po’ di esperienza allo staff, ma penso che sia dovuto al fatto che la struttura è aperta da un anno
