Excellent appartment located centrally in a secure and convenient location.

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of the city and really easy to get to the train station to travel to other places (we went to Venice, Bologna, Trento and Lake Garda). The bus service is comprehensive and frequent with the main stop in the centre about 5 minutes walk away. It was also very quiet, which is unusual for a city centre location. The apartment is very secure, and it had everything we needed for a week+ stay. Cooking facilities are great and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and well lit, but also have shutters for the evening which was important for us as we have children used to sleeping in the dark. The apartment has two bedrooms with a large double in the master bedroom, plus two beds end to end along one wall in the other room. WiFi coverage is excellent which was less of an issue for us. as cell data for us is included in our plan and coverage is excellent everywhere. For food & drink, there is also a supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment, which is extremely well stocked and convenient.

I am being really picky here but our only issue was that the room that our children stayed in does not have air conditioning in, which was a potential problem as we were staying in August. This was easily solved by leaving the door open to the lounge and making sure the shutters were closed. This really was not a big issue though and we would happily stay here again.

Fabulous location

Location was excellent and just a five minute walk from the arena and the centre of town where there were numerous restaurants. Everything we needed for a very short stay although getting our bags up the stairs would have been interesting if our very kind host had not offered to assist us! It's top floor with no lift so be warned!

Only one bathroom but we managed. Well equipped little kitchenette and the sofa bed in the living space was actually really comfortable

We loved the very central location very much.

We were met at the entrance to receive the keys and an short orientation to the property.

The automatic lights in the hallway staircase could use adjustment: when coming up in the dark, they need to turn on a bit sooner as you reached the top of the first flight so you could see the stairs as you walked up.

No downsides!

Honestly loved the whole apartment! Location, comfort, clean, perfect kitchenette with plenty of coffee provided. The window shutters made it possible to take a nap while the shops close for the afternoon and after a full day of site seeing. 🤗 Our host was the most accommodating of all our stays so far, went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival due to a missed train. And provided so many amazing local suggestions to try! If this apartment is available, book it!

Great location for exploring Verona

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, were flexible about check-in time when apartment was ready slightly early. Lounge, kitchen and main bedroom very comfortable.

Second bedroom is much smaller, probably slightly more suited to children than other adults. But still comfortable.

Amazing stay in the middle of Verona during Arena Festival

Great stay, lovely host who gave us a great list of recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which we tried and loved. Location was amazing, super close to the Verona Arena and the central square with all the restaurants, but not so close that it got noisy. House as described, very clean, lovely bathroom, great A/C.

N/A - probably the best place we stayed on the trip. I guess, there are some stairs up to the apartment, so if you have a broken hip, probably avoid, but if you are fine to manage a few stairs I can't recommend this place enough.

A great stay in the heart of Verona.

We were met outside the apartment by a pleasant young lady who handed over the keys and showed to us the apartment. Open plan living room/kitchenette area , and a decent, modern bathroom. The main bedroom ( double bed ) was excellent. In the living room, a window door leads out onto a small terrace area , which although has a view of an office block to one side, offers a view of rooftops and the Arsenale towers to the other. The terrace overlooks what I thought were quaint balconies of the apartments opposite, forming a small courtyard below. THE WHOLE APARTMENT WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN ! It is within a ONE minute walk from Piazza BRA and about 20 minute walk from Porta Nuova station. Communication with the host, Valentina, was EXCELLENT. She replied to my messages within minutes. The standard of the property and communication with the owner made for an even more enjoyable stay in beautiful Verona. This apartment offers good value for money and I would be happy to return !

Although there were plenty of knives, forks, spoons , pots and a frying pan, I could not locate any cooking utensils. A dust pan and brush would be handy to tidy any mess too. The bedroom with the two single beds in it would possibly be a bit cramped with two adults in it ? The terrace was a little small .... but it is what it is and it's great to have an outside space for that last glass of vino before bed.

The apartment was: - Very beautiful and well decorated - Beds very comfortable - WiFi worked fine - Heating worked fine - Superb location in the city center. Next to the Arena - The host is very nice and helpful - No street noise - Plenty of places to eat nearby
