22D is a spacious ground floor apartment with a large terrace, hammock and pool, ideal for families with children or for friends looking for a private pool deck directly above the sea.

This fabulous apartment is located in the first row on the beach of LUZ near Lagos.

You already feel like you're on the beach:
The view of the Atlantic stretches from the surf on the beach directly below to the horizon and the impressive Black Rock to the east. The impressions of the waves and wind rushing through the palm trees can be enjoyed from the front row.

The cul-de-sac location next to the Roman ruins is central, archaeological excavations are currently taking place there and this can temporarily affect the otherwise absolutely quiet location. A car can be parked in the cul-de-sac in front of the apartment. The sandy beach of Luz, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The apartment is reached via a few steps. It offers a cozy living room with full sea views, full hd TV with German and English channels, WLAN Internet, air conditioning, bedroom by the sea with adjoining bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The private apartment was in an ideal location, very near to boardwalk and beach. The pool and private patio really made this stay. Rooms were all clean and spacious.

We had a lovely stay in this perfect spot. Even had a bottle of wine and some fruit and portuguese bread waiting for us when we arrived...so thoughtful! The only issue is the noisy restoration of ruins next door - that starts at 8 am- but the owner did his best to send requests for change of times to the company. We loved the pool; the restaurants and the proximity to everything .

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Photos were accurate and the view over the sea was beautiful. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Nearby bus stop was good to be able to visit Lagos & Burgau. We look forward to return in the future.

This 3-bedroom condo is a lovely comfortable home away form home. Just steps from everything - the amazingly clean sandy beach, restaurants, boardwalk, downtown, grocery shopping, and loads of hiking. A walk out of the primary bed or the living room patio doors takes you onto a welcoming patio with private small pool.& dining table. Walk to the edge and you're overlooking the cobblestone boardwalk vith a stunning view any time of day. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. We rented a car from Faro airport and found it was a wonderful way to get around when it was 4 of us. Highway driving was great. Nearby towns were a fun day's activity. Very, very friendly people (locals and other tourists), most speak English, some German.

Apartment 22D is amazing. It is beautiful, well located, and completely private. We appreciated that upon arrival the kitchen was stocked with some essentials. It was easy to get groceries and to cook in the apartment. The view is incredible and the apartment was so comfortable. Thank you for an incredible vacation. We will 100% be back!

Waking up to a view of the sunrise and the ocean was fabulous. Lovely property with everything catered for. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent outside area with an amazing heated pool which feels brand new. The Weber BBQ was a real bonus and we had some lovely BBQ's overlooking the ocean. Definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Great location, with the view of the beach and listening to the waves while falling asleep. Easy walk to many great restaurants. 22D is the ground floor unit, 3 bedroom unit, with the pool. It's bigger than the pictures convey. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and responsive. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time. The location could not be more perfect. Everything was in good working order. The management was extremely good about communicating. The apartment has tons of useful storage, a great kitchen and the living area looks out to the ocean. Yiu can get anything you want nearby or take a bus to Lagos. If you want to rent a car, best to book in advance, particularly automatic transmission. We would love to return

A relaxing oasis right on the beach with a central location for getting around Luz or the Algarve Beautiful terrace for watching and listening to the waves, sitting in the sun and even having a dip in the pool Well stocked kitchen and lots of bedroom and sitting space. We enjoyed a peaceful week at the apartment. Whilst Praia da Luz is partially closed during January, there was enough to meet our needs. Positives about the apartment: Location - with unrestricted views of the ocean, it really is perfectly situated. The sound of the ocean is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and has the essentials for a comfortable stay. The air-con works efficiently and there is lots of hot water. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Completely private - not overlooked and fully enclosed grounds. Negatives about the apartment: The fixtures and fittings are a little tired. Bed linen was a little worn for our liking and pillows definitely need replacing. Curtains are thin and don’t cover the windows well. The early morning light can disturb sleep - this is likely to be a bigger problem in mid-summer. The apartment has become a little cluttered with leaflets and piles of old towels, disused seat cushions etc. Our preference is uncluttered drawers and cupboards which have the things we need, rather than it being necessary to search through stuff. On the whole, a pleasant stay. We did have a problem with property managers early on, but this was quickly resolved by Frenk when we alerted him.

What a lovely apartment. Better than the pictures, views are spectacular and apartment and pool are lovely . Luz is a lovely town with some fab restaurants and a really lovely beach and the sea is so blue .. We had a really great time here and would love to come back sometime .

Excellent Location, Fabulous Views, Great Accommodation! Everything you need for a home from home. Apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, well laid out, plenty of storage. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent patio area and dipping pool. Comfortable beds. Amazing uninterrupted, panoramic views. Beautiful sunrises. Less than 5 minutes walk to 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants and beach. Very quiet at night during our stay in March. 10 minutes away by car from Lagos centre, 9 euros by Uber taxi. Fabulous walks to Burgau 6 km each way and Lagos 11 km each way. Lovely beach in Luz. Perfect for families.

What an absolutely lovely place to stay in Luz! The apartment was big, bright, clean and the location was unbeatable! The kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfortable! If you are not used to tile floors bring slippers! Irina was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!!!!

The apartment was exactly how it was described and pictured, or even better. We are a family of 4 (2 kids) and traveled with grandparents, making us a group of 6. The apartment was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were cozy and the living room with dining area worked well for us. The most we loved the backyard with the pool. We also barbequed and had lunches by the pool. The beach is just a few steps away as well as all the services of Luz. The village was nice and we found good restaurants and grocery stores etc easily. We would recommend this apartment for 6 people.

We were blown away by the fabulous views from this property and spent lots of time watching the world go by, admiring the views, it really is a fabulous spot. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and was perfect for us. We loved the pool and used the BBQ often, we'll definitely return.

Are stay in Luz was made perfect with this apartment. The apartment was close to everything, grocery store, bus stop, and the beach. The apartment itself was very nicely laid out, and very comfortable the patio was a lot of fun after a day at the beach. We would highly recommend this apartment. The pool heater was not working but that was only noticable at night

Wow!! That is what I thought when the door opens to your Accomodation. We a family of to adults a three teenagers, everybody had a great time. Property is really stunning, the beach, sea. Wonderful to be greeted with fruit, wine and other basics very helpful. Lovely couple on hand to offer assistance with anything and keep the property to a high standard. I love holidays and go on many, I was in the Caribbean the beginning of the year. This is my firm favourite and would like to return next week.

We have had two wonderful weeks in this apartment. The location is perfect right by the sea with fabulous views across the bay. Everything we needed was within walking distance including two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. We ate in on many evenings on the terrace watching the sun go down. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything we could wish for and the dishwasher was an added bonus! It was easy to get to Lagos on the bus - the bus stop by the church being only a few steps from the apartment. There was plenty of parking for a hire car which we used to venture further a field - it was well worth visiting Sagres, Aljezur and Monchique. A fabulous holiday we wish we were still there.

We just recently spent a week in this wonderful apartment in Luz. The location couldn't have been better with the sea and beach at our doorstep along with all the wonderful restaurants just around the corner. The apartment was so very comfortable with so much space, comfy beds along with our own pool to cool off in. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne, fruits and bread when we arrived. We had such a wonderful time on our stay the house was wonderfully furnished with everything one could need on a vacation. We hope to make this a continued tradition for our vacations and we will for sure always try to book it here. Thanks so much for the hospitality Frenk and management crew Irina and Mario - again can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was.
