Discover a four-bedroom/five-bath home that understands the power of nature to soothe the soul. For those who love to fish, the canal front location provides easy access to the peaceful waters of Pamlico Sound. Return after a day on the water and take full advantage of a fish cleaning station with water and lights, an ice machine, and an outdoor shower, all located on the ground level. Watch the Pamlico sunsets or the boats go by from the 4-person hot tub on the first level deck. Nearly 6,000 sq. ft. of wrap-around decking on the first and second levels reveals panoramic views — including mesmerizing sunsets — that defy description.
The living space provides a seamless transition from the outdoors to spacious and luxuriously comfortable surroundings inside. On the first level there is a rec room featuring a TV, custom chess table, and wet bar. Three master bedrooms also occupy this level. On one side of the home a king bedroom awaits with a full bath, TV and a private deck. On the waterfront you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed offering adjustable sleep positions, in addition to a room featuring a trundle bunk (single over single with a pull-out trundle bed) and another single bunk with a pull-out storage bin. Both of these rooms include private baths, TVs, and private access to the harbor facing deck. The final bedroom, featuring two extra-long TempurPedic adjustable single beds, an ensuite bath and private deck access, is located on the second level. You’ll be easily drawn to the spectacular great room with its unique sea-inspired artwork, vaulted ceilings, and airy ambience. There’s room for more than one cook in the spacious gourmet kitchen where an 18-foot breakfast bar attracts both early risers and latecomers for that first cup of coffee. The eight-seat dining table accommodates those memorable culinary and conversational moments you’ll recall for years to come.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
