Boasting beautiful views of Puget Sound and the snowcapped Olympic Mountains and astonishing sunsets all year round, this lodge-style home invites you to enjoy seclusion in a laid-back yet vibrant neighborhood. A spacious deck with rockers and a gas grill offers an ideal vantage point to take in the sights and sounds of the bay. Trees surround Pacific Dream, offering privacy and tranquility, yet close to everything. You can splash in the waves or dig your toes in the sand at Alki Beach Park, about a mile from home. Venture into Schmitz Preserve Park, Me-Kwa-Mooks Park, or Lincoln Park, where you can stroll along forested trails or a paved beach walkway to soak in the area's beauty - all within several miles. Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal and Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center are also within several miles, while Snoqualmie ski hill is roughly 58 miles away and perfect for a day trip in the winter. Downtown Seattle and Bellevue can be reached within a short drive for additional sights and fun.
Inside the home, two fireplaces, a jetted tub, and heated bathroom floors provide cozy spaces to unwind after adventure-filled days. The beams used for the house were salvaged from Pier 66 when it was demolished and rebuilt as Bell Harbor/Paul Schell Memorial Pier. The house has striking architectural features with vaulted, wood-paneled ceilings that soar in the main living area, where large windows invite scenic ocean views. Ample counter space makes meal prep a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. When it's time to eat, grab a seat at the large dining table or the kitchen bar. After dinner, settle into the upstairs living area for a movie night on the TV. Two desks and a washer/dryer provide added convenience during your stay.

Great home with plenty of space.
Views are worth the rental.

This was a great rental. Open living room - big enough for family to visit for a Christmas get together. Really nice bathrooms. Bedrooms big and comfortable. Clean and has everything you need.
The driveway is steep and has limited parking. We had no issue - just parked further down the street.

Yeah parking is so tight and tricky. The shower on the lower level is tricky. Turn the bottom lever counter clockwise to control the heat and then turn on the top lever for water. The beds on the lower level are hard. It was clean and quiet and watching the bald eagles soar over the Sound was amazing.

we cane tonwatch baseball games. it was a great location, close enough to what we had planned. the home itself is beautiful. gorgeous view, plemty of space. only issues were minor. water in main floor bath didnt want to turn off easily. sheets and bedding were clean, although small details such as being super wrinkly and put on inside out made me think it was a rushed effort. there are zero pantry items. salt and pepper, sugar for the gazillion tyoes if tea, but no other pantry staples or seasonings, so if you plan on cooking make sure to bring even the basic seasoning salt. might be a good idea to fix the huge tree root in the driveway. coming back to the house in the dark could be a tripping hazard and lead to injury. we would absolutely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time. Great weather, great dining, walked on the beach, and Chicago Cubs won (sorry Mariner fans).

Wake up to amazing views of Puget Sound while close to cities to amenities. This well appointed and cozy home is perfect for a base camp to explore and enjoy the Seattle and surrounding area’s amazing culture, nature, and dinning.

Great house, there is a tenant on the location who is super nice and dog friendly. Beautiful view.

Great views, lovely open living space.

The location and view from the property were amazing!! Unfortunately, there were a few issues like towels not being out and some dirty (dog hair and human hair) sheets, dead/moldy pumpkin on the front stairs. Little things, but important. HUGE potential!!

The house was beautiful with a spectacular view. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

The house, the views, the master bathroom - heavenly!

Beautiful view and great location. Loft is open to the oceanside so nice views and possible issues with privacy. House was in good condition and had all of the items we needed.

The location is great but the condition of the unit was terrible. The unit was filthy, beds were not made, garbage was not cleared, towels were dirty, floors were dirty, bathroom toilet had urine that had not been flushed. We asked to have this corrected when we checked in but only got an email response. We had to clean the unit before we were able to sleep the first night. We stayed for three nights and didn't get any response. Very dissapointed. We are also VRBO owners and would never present our unit in this condition.

Clean and comfortable. Lots of room for eight people.

Great spot! Enjoyed it very much.
They need to replace the bench on the deck, and the entry keypad did not work consistently. Otherwise perfect.

We stayed here because my son was getting married at Salty's in Alki. We loved it. Great house, great location.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was beautiful with incredible views - I enjoyed spending the mornings on the balcony. There was plenty of space and amenities for 4 people.
The location was nice and secluded, it was quick and easy to get to the center of Seattle without traffic. We only had 1 vehicle but the parking was challenging and the parking info wasn't clear. Luckily the tenant later showed us the best way to park so we could easily get in and out.
Communication with the property management could be improved. Reaching out to the reps at Vacasa is convoluted and not timely.

Door code was inaccurate; unable to enter on arrival. Unable to connect to wifi; local tech team texted at 0230 after we had given up and gone to bed. Thermostat kept the property at a toasty 80 degrees plus during mid summer and could not be programmed otherwise. Not enough towels for occupants. Vacasa not able to problem solve with us. View was magnificent!

I paid for a 3 bedroom house - which is what this listing indicated it was. It in fact was not three bedrooms. A bedroom has a door & privacy! This is 2 bedrooms with a king bed in a loft that is open to the entire home. The guests in the loft cannot change in privacy or enjoy any of the benefits of a bedroom. If other guests are in the living areas, then the loft guests are disturbed. The loft is open to the entire living quarters.
There is 1 TV and it didn’t work because the Wi-Fi didn’t work & neither the management company Vacasa nor the home owner when contacted knew where the router or modem were to be able to remedy the issue.
The shower knob that controls the water temperature in the entry level bathroom was broken off and the temp was stuck at blistering hot making the shower unusable for our 7 guests, leaving us all in one shower - adjacent to that loft I mentioned!
There is an abundance of cobwebs throughout because nobody has cleaned the open ceiling beams.
There is a tenant downstairs.
The bath towels were low quality and there were not enough of them for a home that accommodates 8 guests.
Vacasa reps were unresponsive, unable to help and one even hung up on me and didn’t bother to call back. One manager Kristen was attentive but two days later I still have no updates on my partial refund request.
The views from the property are incredible. The living space could use a TV.
I would not recommend staying here until they get their stuff together!

These are observations: The view was beautiful, the patio outstanding, the kitchen layout on the bottom floor excellent for hosting a gathering. There is an amazing wooden bar around the kitchen as it comes out to the living room area.
The driveway and parking were quite a challenge. We all had difficulty in getting out, there is not a lot of room to maneuver around. (Thank goodness the tenant below was able to help us. He was very friendly and we appreciated his input.)There is only one TV and it is up stairs in the master loft. There is no privacy for the master room as the entire second floor is an open loft. It includes the master room, TV room and bathroom and definitely has a WOW factor. There are two bedrooms and the main bathroom on the bottom floor. They were beautiful and the extra touches of a luggage rack in the rooms were appreciated. The host provided bathroom essentials, soap, deodorant, kleenex, shampoo etc. and they were appreciated. The Asian touches were beautiful around the house and reminded us of our upbringing. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and creamer, filtered water pitcher was full in the frig. The owners provided sufficient information about the house.

This house is amazing and the neighborhood secluded. We would absolutely come back to this home.

The view was astounding. Every morning we'd have our coffee on the deck while watching the boats go by. Quiet location. We were with another couple and there was plenty of room. We did not know however that one of the bedrooms was a loft with no privacy. Still the view from the bed made up for it. We hope to return again someday.

This property was everything it needed to be for a wonderful stay. Close enough to downtown Seattle to enjoy the sights without the feeling of being in the big city. The house itself was amazing. Everything from the views to the decor was amazing. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at.

While the home itself is lovely with nice updates throughout, the absolutely amazing views are stunning. We had gorgeous sunsets reflecting over the sound and spent every evening with a glass of wine on the deck. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. The updated bathrooms were spacious and luxurious, and the beds were very comfy. Easy parking in the driveway too! Highly recommend this home for a great base for a Seattle stay.

The gorgeous view of the water makes you feel like you are in a retreat, but you are only a short drive from all the attractions Seattle has to offer. The sunsets on this deck are spectacular and the house was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 5.
