This residence will comfortably sleep up to 11 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining, and a fabulous alfresco undercover entertaining area. It also has a large fully enclosed rear yard, great little cubby house and is pet friendly.
Normanville is just an hour from Adelaide, the best the Fleurieu has to offer is at your doorstep. Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand and is a very popular beach for families because of this.
Location Main Road, right in the heart of Normanville, just off Jetty Road, minutes from the beach.

Bedroom two: 1 x tri bunk and 1 x single bed.
Bedroom three: 1 x tri bunk.
Bedroom four: 1 x double sofa bed.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a bath tub.
Facilities: Open plan kitchen, dining and living, electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen Tvs, Wifi, Bbq, laundry facilities, outdoor shower, fire pit.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle to the open plan area, Evaporative cooling throughout and a Combustion wood heater.
Pets: Pets upon application.
Fenced: Fully fenced.
Special Features: Location – Great Location, alfresco dining, pet friendly and offering free Wifi.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Access to all areas except pantry and large shed.
