La modernité des chambres et installations, l’accueil chaleureux, rien à redire.

Parking was convenient, position in the central village was great for visiting our friends who live in the village, nicely decorated.
No reception staff, doors were all locked closed on our arrival, so not very inviting, on leaving property again, no reception. No body soap in the dispenser, bath took a long time to empty, room really needed a good dust sorry to be picky but I do expect basics

Well laid out, functional, clean and plenty of space to have a dog with you too! Paul rearranged so we were next to each other in two rooms on the ground floor which worked really well as we had a dog. Setting is in the village and central hub for yoga, cafe and runners meet ups - so a lovely hub.

Very clean and today.. luvley food and staff
Can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like apart from a squeaky sign outside our room in the wind…and when water was running was very noisy.. but didn’t really bother us

Fabulous property; lovely hosts, great facilities, good wifi, immaculate bathroom. Joined a super yoga class on site and delicious cafe.
Ground floor so a bit hard to open windows for fresh air, king bed a little uncomfortable in the middle, maybe it was two singles?

Excellent room, very clean and spacious. Paul, the owner, called to check on us as we were running behind schedule and he personally stayed with the keys to meet us.
Nothing to fault.

Nice location, comfortable room and helpful staff
Had to run the hot water tap for a few minutes before hot water came through to the tap. There was a notice advising of this.
Water pressure to the shower was very poor and the water was not much more than a dribble.

Wonderful place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely cafe & bar on site with plenty of veggie & vegan options. Resident cat & dog add to the surroundings! Love the fact that it’s pet friendly. Paul is a great host and we’ll definitely be back

The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating as we were late checking in due to traffic, loads of off road parking and we had a trailer , lovely quiet spot in lovely village, super friendly staff and really good fresh cooked food options in a spacious cafe lounge bar , you could also eat and drink outside on nice benches in the garden area outside the cafe lounge , we were also not rushed which was lovely . If we return to this area we will definitely use the Roade house again many thanks.
We might sound fussy but the bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable and the shower was not the best , another bedside table would’ve been good

Very spacious, clean, excellent facilities and very powerful shower which was great.
The only thing was the bed was two twin beds joined together to make a double and along the Join it could be felt and was squeaky.

The facilities were excellent, the staff very helpful and friendly. Dog friendly in the room and restaurant/bar was the main reason for choosing the accommodation. Choice and quality of food was brilliant with very good options for vegetarians and vegans. We had a downstairs room which was ideal for the dog. Please give this place a try.

Our room was lovely and spacious and Paul the owner was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him
As it was new to being rented there were a couple of teething problems like the sealant around the bath panel not been finished properly and price stickers on the bin I think that it would have been a nice touch to have biscuits or chocolate on the tea tray but overall we had a fantastic stay

The hotel/spa had just refurbished our accommodation. Finished lovely , very comfortable.
We did have teething problems, our room had no water, we were moved to another room which was smaller but just as lovely. The only problem was the bath was a lot smaller and the water was very slow to run , also could t get the shower to work.
