Welcome to The Nest!! A two-story home with an impressive double back deck with ample seating showcasing gorgeous views of Chattanooga! This 3-bed, 3.5 bath home is located 1 mile away from Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway route. The close proximity to local attractions makes this vacation home a convenient option for travelers! Explore Chattanooga hiking trails, see nearby attractions, or traipse downtown to the local eateries and popular sights! The Nest comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and boasts a coastal, light, and airy décor which provides a relaxing feel. Many special memories will be made at this unique mountain retreat! Our Favorite Things About This Home: There are several features that make The Nest stand out as a coveted vacation home in Chattanooga! The home includes a fully stocked and spacious kitchen, private washer, and dryer, WIFI, and central A/C throughout the home. There are several outdoor deck spaces to take in the views with your morning coffee, as well as a full bathroom in EACH bedroom! This property’s location is incredible and is the perfect place to stay if you really want to experience Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain! Home Layout: When entering the home you walk into the spacious fully stocked kitchen, with a large pantry and dining table with seating for 4. Off the kitchen is the first bedroom with a King bed, large bathroom with double vanity, standing shower, and tub! There is also direct access to the top deck from this bedroom. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone with a decorative fireplace and has another beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Down the hall is The Nest’s front entry foyer where a half bathroom sits and the second bedroom with a queen bed, a TV, private bathroom, and closet space. Heading downstairs you will find a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer, a utility sink, and an adorable coffee nook! Right down the hall from this is another bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, TV, closet space, access to the lower deck, and the bathroom just down the hall. Things to Know About The Property: The driveway near the road is steep and narrow but then levels out nicely at the bottom. Parking notes: There is room for 3 cars at the bottom of the driveway. The fireplace is not operable NO pets allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. City/town permit number: 122-24 Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel. My wife and I needed a place close to the top of lookout to stay for my God Daughter's Baptism as they live just at the top of the hill. This house was about .5 down the mountain from there and close to Ruby falls as well. It was clean and as described. If you want a nice and spacious house on Lookout I would highly recommend!

The Nest was a perfect place for our family to all meet and stay when my oldest son graduated from Lineman school in Trenton Ga. We loved that the bottom level of the house was like a mini apartment. We drove up from Florida and My 4 year old Grandson and his Mom drove down from New York, he asked if we could all live at the mountain home 💕

Beautiful, spacious home that was perfect for a girl's weekend. Having 3 1/2 baths was a plus! Kitchen very well stocked with dishes and necessities. Short Uber/Lyft drive to restaurants. Driveway is tricky...believe them when they say you can't turn right into the driveway. You will think you are driving off a cliff, but it's really not that bad once you get over the top of the hills. Stick to the concrete/less gravel-covered side when trying to exit the driveway.

We had a great stay at the Nest! The property really does have nearly everything you need for a comfortable stay, and can’t beat the location. We struggled some with the driveway steepness, but that was more a surprise with my car and nothing we were not prepared for by the owners. The only recommendation I would make for the owner is to have someone clean the bottom of the shower really well in bathroom attached to the bedroom on the main floor (one with the tub) because there is some mold in the grout and around the bottom of the tile. Otherwise we really enjoyed this property and its location!

The house was warm and inviting with well stocked kitchen-no basic food prep ingredients but we brought most everything anyway. Very clean and comfortable. Low profile vehicles drag going into the driveway as our van did and the maximum of 3 cars would have a tough time maneuvering in the driveway Overall we loved the house and amenities and would stay again (with a different vehicle!)

This house was the perfect size for our family. Very clean, smooth check-in (I do wish there was the ability to lock the door with a deadbolt other than the code lock), really close to Ruby Falls and Rock City! Overall very pleased with the house.
