Come stay, fish, snorkel, relax in the pool, walk to Sombrero Beach. This professionally furnished 5 bedroom 3.5 bath luxury home is the perfect vacation retreat. All bedrooms have flat screen TV with a robust channel package with Xfinity. 4 king beds, 1 queen.

Main living area is on the 2nd floor.
Open floor plan with chefs kitchen, dining area and living room. 2nd Floor has 2 large master bedrooms, both with an en-suite bath. Both with King Beds, Flat Screen TV's, access to the back deck. Seating outside each room on the deck is a great place to relax and read a book or have a drink/coffee.

Like to fish? Bring your boat or rent one so you can get out and enjoy the water. Owners of this home are avid fishermen of the keys and will provide fishing advise and sandbars to enjoy. The dock is able to accommodate 2 boats up to 40+
in length. 110V power and water at the dock along with a fish cleaning station.
We want you to have the best vacation you've ever had right here in our little slice of paradise!

Guests have access to 4 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a commercial ice maker capable of producing 400lbs of ice per day. Snow shovel and a wheeled cart make it super easy to carry ice to the dock for the boats.

Our property has room for up to 6 total vehicles in the driveway. Four cars/trucks and 2 boat trailers. Rough dimensions of the driveway are 30' wide and 70' long. Parking is strictly limited to the driveway. Absolutely no vehicles/trailers allowed on the grass areas or in the street right of way or cul de sac. Hot tub can be heated if pool heat is chosen.

This house is our personal home we rent out when we are not in Marathon. Most of our neighbors are full time residents. If you are coming to party and play loud music, this isn't the right home for you. We maintain constant contact with our neighbors and they help watch after our home when guests visit. If you are looking for an upscale home in a highly sought after, quite neighborhood, we welcome you with open arms! We have just recently listed it on VRBO. We have another home just down the street at 445 Sombrero Beach Road. What a beautiful home, well kept, spacious and truly had everything we needed. The home owner connected with us during our trip to ensure we had everything we needed and asked how our experience was so far. We have been to the keys for mini season year after year and this is the only house we have been very excited to book again. We are already booking again and can’t wait to enjoy the house for another yearly vacation!

What a wonderful week! We truly enjoyed our stay in Marathon FL. The was house perfect, the pool was a delight, the location was wonderful and having a place to dock the boat was a plus. There was more than enough room for our group of 11 (8 adults and 3 children). The layout of the house was ideal for families. The kitchen is well stocked and having Publix down the street is just one of the many conveniences. Restaurants, bait shops, and cute little tourists traps are all close by! There was more than enough room for our boat on the dock. A short boat ride to sombrero reef or out to watch the sunset each evening was just perfect. Then the added bonus of manatees and tarpon coming by daily was a thrill for our grand children. Jeff was a wonderful host, He had great recommendations for dinner out and was more than happy to share any fishing updates he received. His kindness was very much appreciated. You can’t go wrong with this house! We absolutely loved our time there.

This house has it all and will not disappoint! Plenty of space with all of the oversized rooms, porches, pool deck, driveway, and dock. The kitchen is stocked as good as yours at home! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is private and convenient. We look forward to getting back as soon as we can. The host is extremely helpful/responsive/polite.

The house was perfect! Everything we needed was there. Lot of room for everyone. The pool was great. Loved that it was heated and kept at a good temperature. We all really enjoyed the pool and the house. Good location

True paradise. The pool, kitchen, bedrooms, the view. Jeff is by far the best host we have ever connected with. 10/10. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and beautiful home to relax with family, this is it. We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful, bright, sunny house with a wonderful pool, close to Sombrero Beach. We had a great week in the house with our teen and young adult children and their significant others and friends. Jeff, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions, made great suggestions about local restaurants and activities, and could not have been nicer. We would definitely go back!
