This is our second time at this home. We enjoy the open concept and the kitchen bar. It is stocked well with utensils and cookware. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The home is blocks away from the lake and a nice walk for the dog. There are new upgrades from last year that made it more enjoyable (removing the shower glass doors to a curtain) and adding another living room chair.

The house was not very clean
I had to vacuum when we arrived and there were little beads all over the floor we had a crawling baby so it was a risk. Floors and carpet were dirty. Downstairs shower door was broken and very difficult to get in and out of the shower
1/2 mile from the beach walking is doable if u have children or babies bring stroller. The kitchen is nice and well equipped
The house need some updating and cleaning. Soap was watered down dish soap and hand soaps which is ridiculous. Only two pods for laundry and dishwasher. Could be better especially for the price

The property was clean and very accommodating. There is a bbq on the deck which was nice. Master bedroom was spacious. I like that there was a garage to park our vehicle. Instructions were entry to property was easy to follow.
Bring your own games, puzzles, cards or books. The only night time entertainment was the TV, which was fine.

Beautiful home and a very short walk to the beach. It was nice that the home was well-stocked with any cooking utensils/pans needed to make meals at home as well. Beds were all comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Overall the place was nice but had some serious issues with maintenance and cleaning! Vacasa is the management company and is clearly not willing to address any of the maintenance issues with their appliances. As previously reported on 2 reviews in May 2022 the glass shower door is STILL broken and is almost ready to fall off and slice up who ever is in the downstairs shower (liability issue), along with a metal piece of shower door being loose. The downstairs toilet wouldn't stop running (poor maintenance). The place was not properly cleaned (we had to wipe down all surfaces as there was sticky grime on the railing as you walk up, didn't trust prior cleaning). I had to fix the dryer (it only would run for 30 seconds) because the vents had never been cleaned, there were inches of built up lint (fire hazard), inside the dryer vents. The washing machine doesn't drain properly (as there's standing water in it) (maintenance issue). The dishwasher has about 1 inch of standing water in it (maintenance issue and gross). There was an uncapped coaxial cord sticking out of the baseboard right next to a bedroom doorway (liability issue if you have little kids or pets). Local Vacasa team contacted me to come over and fix the issues 1 day AFTER I had checked out (clearly they don't even know what's going on at their own properties). And Vacasa's management team still has not contacted me 1 week (5 business days) later (after I reported all the issues), even though I was assured that they would look in to providing a partial refund for all the issues we encountered. Overall not impressed with the management company!! The place had a good location and slept 6 adults easily and was dog friendly. Other than that they need to fix and keep up with maintenance for their appliances in this house, as well as lower their cleaning costs or improve the cleaning. I would not recommend this place if you plan to use their appliances or until Vacasa decides to fix up the place a bit.

Upon a 4 pm arrival the house had not been fully cleaned and we did not get the house to ourselves until after 4:30. The house cleaner wasn’t going to wash the floors and I said yes she would. She also stated she didn’t do stairs due to fear! The fold out couch bed had dirt on the mattress and the housekeeper did not know if the sheets had been changed. The remainder of the house was clean. There are basic maintenance issues that were not addressed upon our arrival. The master shower door was off its track (the guide broken). The housekeeper had said maintenance was aware of the problem. She showed me the broken parts in the drawer. I called the manager because of how dangerous the glass door was along with a video And was told it would not be repaired until we checked out almost a week later and to use it with caution. To my surprise I came home alone on Thursday afternoon to a man in the drive who laughed and said he was a day early (mixed up his day)to repair the shower!! I was alone and said he needed to come back on Friday when we checked out in the morning. Had I come home later this man would have been in my house unknowingly and I had cash on the bedside table!!! Other issues in the house were a slow draining sink in the master, one light bulb working in garage and one door opener that worked. We chipped out half of the 3 inch ice on the drive because it was dangerous and cars could easily slide into the garage door.
We always leave homes in wonderful shape with a load drying and another in the washer, dishes washed etc. The house is great, there just needs to be attention to detail at the price I was paying. The management said they would give me a small refund for my trouble.
Getting ahold of management requires going through a que of questions before they answer. It is not a direct line to someone.

My family and I had a fantastic week at this cabin. It's clean, bright, modern, and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need, including good knives and pans. Safeway is a 3-minute drive and the lake is a 10 minute walk. Hiked out the door to the Stateline lookout one day. Excited to come back!

Great place to stay in North Tahoe. Clean house with lots of amenities. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had a mix of dining out as well as cooking at the cabin. The house is a 10 min walk from Kings Beach and any food/restaurants that are there. Plenty of couch space and blankets as well as a box of games. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walkabouts.

It is very unusual to give good review for the very bad trip, but it is exactly this rare situation. We planned to stay for 3 days and do kayaking/paddleboarding at Tahoe - in reality we has canceled all activities and stayed just one night. House was very good, spacious and comfortable. Location was great. House was as clean as possible for dog friendly house - it was some dog hair on the stairs and in the master bedroom, but as a dog owner I do understand that it is almost impossible to remove it completely from a house where dogs stayed on a regular basis. Our problem was World Worsest Air (officially) exactly in a day when we came- sudden change of wind brought smoke from the wildfire and made it absolutely unbearable and unbreathable. But this was definitely not about property quality. 🙂

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly how the photos showed. Very convenient location to the lake. Our sons wedding was at the Franciscan Lakeside Lodge, so it was a very short distance. We will definitely come back again!
