I am writing this review after patiently trying to resolve my issue directly with the hotel, then Hilton Honors, then Booking.com. Traveling with my dog alone...have paperwork from both Hilton and Booking.com (knowing I'm traveling with my dog) that mentioned only a security deposit, but nothing about a $75 Pet Fee, which I was charged for upon check-in. When I questioned it, the desk person could not help me and there was no manager on-site. I had to sign paperwork for it, and then called Hilton Honors when I got to my room. After presenting all of the paperwork reading "the total price of your stay" without listing any additional fees--the hotel would not refund the pet fee stating "she signed the paperwork when she checked in". I am traveling alone, with a pet, it's late afternoon--I'm tired. There is no way I would leave a hotel and try to find something else last minute. I have a letter stating my dog is a support pet, but it was for specific use and I know how many people misuse that privelage. I offered it as a way to win-win, but was told they don't accept those letters. I was outside my window to cancel, so I had no choice. The room, the construction, being told an exit wasn't usable when it was--being given a handicap room with a shower and no bathtub--that all just compiled the bad taste in my mouth. This room and this hotel is not worth $200 a night--nor is that in my budget. Nor was the $75! I can't even remember when or if I've taken the time to write a negative review. But this entire experience was the opposite of customer care. The sign on the desk that says they are committed to your stay is not what happens when you have a real issue. The paperwork states the $50.00 security deposit--then, in fact, it should also state there is a $75 pet fee. I simply cannot be the first guest to experience this upon check in.

The man at the front desk was very nice. Actually, I had scheduled the wrong date on booking.com, and it was very helpful to help me correct it.
The nightstand connected to the bed I came off the wall when my wife was standing there and set a drink on it which coming out the wall made her go to the ground I reported it till then no need for EMT I put ice on it the next morning they told me they would contact me on this matter so until then stay tuned have not heard nothing

Location, price, ease of access
When I started to turn in my first night, I found blood stains on my pillow. Couldn't tell if from the guests the night before or was washed and still on pillows. I went to the front desk and the guy claimed there's no more pillows as they boxed everything up due to the renovation going on. He gave me blankets to use as a pillow and didn't take my room number. At breakfast, I heard the day clerk that just took over talking on the phone about the incident but didn't know what room. I spoke up and she was mortified and apologized. She got me pillows and comped my breakfast at least.

Breakfast was excellent but it was not included in the price. We paid a reasonable amount similar to another restaurant.
I think for transparency the listed price should include the added fees, which were substantial.

Excellent professional and friendly staff. Very accommodating. Great shopping located just across the way.
There is only one ice machine on each floor. We were at the complete opposite, and as the ice machine making it long walks.

We wanted a safe place to stay for cheap in Lexington. So we could uber and drink close by. Our room could have been a little cleaner 267. However, it was quiet on the backside our bed was dirty but comfy we felt safe during our sleep/stay. I would stay again.
I had gum on my headboard, and the bathroom floor was sticky. Update breakfast. Reviews were the only way I knew they only gave a brown bag.

The whole building is not level. Our drawers in our room would not stay shut - keep coming out due to the room not being level.

Good location, rooms were pretty good size and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Kinda pricey and the pool was closed. Something they should have told you before your cancellation time was up so you could select another hotel if you wanted to.
