The space
Welcome to our beautifully updated home, nestled in a peaceful natural setting, perfect for those seeking a quiet getaway. This spacious home features an open floor plan, a modern, fully furnished kitchen, heated bathroom floors, a sauna, and a cozy living room with a large outdoor patio offering stunning views. It's an ideal retreat for family and friends, offering 3 comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer for added convenience.
The home is designed for relaxation and adventure, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the large deck with outdoor furniture, soak in the 8-person spa, unwind in the 6-person sauna, or cook a meal on the charcoal grill while surrounded by abundant wildlife. As evening falls, gather around the outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows and stargaze. Inside, you’ll find an inviting living room with a fireplace, a TV, and a game room with board games for some family fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cooking oil, spices, a coffee maker, and utensils for preparing your favorite meals.
Each of our three bedrooms offers a restful night’s sleep, with high-quality bedding. The king bed in Bedroom 1, queen beds in Bedrooms 2 and 3, and a queen fold-out couch in the living room provide ample sleeping options. We also offer a Pack ‘n Play for young children.
We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for all our guests. Our team ensures that all floors are mopped, carpets vacuumed, kitchen and bathroom surfaces scrubbed, and all bedding and towels are fresh and pristine between each stay.
Our home is just a short distance from Custer and the surrounding area, making it a great base for your adventure. We're available 24/7 to address any questions or needs during your stay. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your time here!

The primary renter is REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.
Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests are REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.
Additional rules
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. NO guests under 18 year of age are allowed in sauna.
4. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
5. Follow state laws when using fire pit
6. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.
7. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
8. For noise complaints
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
9. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.
*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
