House well perfectly situated near beach access path, only a min walk. House was clean and well equipped, all shops were within mins if anything was forgotten. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach house. Super clean. They have everything you need and then some. Owners are amazing and get right back to you when you meesage. Great views. This house will be our annual beach house vacation.. I cant say enough good things about this home or owners! 10 stars!!

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful and able to enjoy the beautiful deck with ocean views. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of places to sit. Everyone enjoyed the stay and wants to come back.

I would highly recommend this property. This is the 2nd time my friends and I have used this house for our annual knitting weekend. It's so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We love it!

House is gorgeous and the location is perfect. On the beach in 30 seconds, and can see it from the porch. Our off-season visit was amazing - had morning mimosas and a fire on the porch in the sun, protected from the breeze. All you could ask for to cook a meal or re-heat takeout. Perfect layout to play games, binge-watch shows, laugh and relax. Super comfortable beds, and bedding. Restaurants and shops and breweries all within very short drives. We couldn't have asked for more. Would 100% stay here again! Thanks for a perfect winter re-set!

Our family of 10 had a great week at Wells Beach. The location of this rental is 5 minutes from Wells Beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Richard was a very responsive host.

I have stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints. The house is relaxing, well equipped and perfect for just getting away from it all. Right across from beautiful Wells beach which is wonderful year round, it provided a cozy place to stay with April showers. The kitchen is great for those who love to cook. A few serving bowls would be a great add to the kitchen. Otherwise it really is one of the best houses on Atlantic avenue to stay. I wish fewer people knew about it because it gets booked very quickly!!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like home! The wafting of the sea aroma just made the stay more charming. Ocean just a short walk away and the comfort and cozy home made our stay just perfect! We loved the local seafood restaurants just minutes away along with a wonderful local distillery also just minutes away. We would highly recommend this charming yet spacious home for family or friends to gather!

We loved staying here! The place was so clean and well set up. We really appreciated how complete the kitchen set up was in particular and everything was in excellent shape, unlike many places we've stayed where the pans are all destroyed, etc. It is light and bright and open and comfortable. Being able to lie in bed in the morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean was wonderful. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough great things about this stay. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. Gorgeous view and access to ocean. Close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space and truly comfortable. You will not regret renting here. I already plan on returning!!

My family and I stayed at this property which is located just one row of houses behind the beach. Perfect location for a little walk down the access path to the beach. We arrived later than anticipated and it was indeed a special treat to see the lights all on with an illuminated Christmas tree in the window to welcome us 'home for the holidays'. Upon entering, we found a nice note from the property manager who had left a bottle of celebratory Prosecco for us. Just a perfect way to start our holiday! The layout is great to host a family - lots of room to move about and yet be all together on the main floor of the house. Be sure to enjoy the delightfully cozy gas fireplace in the living room area. Excellent communication from both the owner and property manager for anything really. While this is a beach community that is massively bustling in the summer, we enjoyed the quiet time to hunker down together, walk on the beach and celebrate a unique family Christmas on the beach. It's also a good location between some neighboring towns (Portsmouth, Kennebunkport) that offer great restaurants.

We knew we had made the right choice when we arrived after a long drive on a dark, cold, blowy evening and found the lights and the fireplace on!! There were thoughtful touches throughout the house! It was very clean and well stocked; including an immersion blender, we were thrilled! Thank you for making our family gathering so memorable.....

Multiple members from my family flew into the area and this was our rental property while we visited Boston, Salem, Acadia, and other parts of Maine. It was a great size for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3 to 9). The kids got a kick out of the bunk beds while the adults enjoyed our down time relaxing and enjoying the lovely views. The beach is right across the street with very easy access. Would highly recommend this property to others. We made some long lasting memories here. Easy check in process and I felt confident that Richard would be easily reachable if needed.

Our family had a great week staying at this property. The house itself is beautiful -- enough bedrooms and space for everyone. The living area/kitchen is open and bright, and everything (including bathrooms) is updated and a pleasant environment to spend time. The beach access is literally across the street -- couldn't be easier! The outdoor fire table was a big plus. I wanted to book next summer but the whole summer is already taken. Boo!

We’ve been coming to Maine in the summer for over 40 year with friends and family. This year was our 35th wedding anniversary and we came down with our children and grandchildren to celebrate. The house was perfect for the eight of us. It had everything we needed and it was across the street from the beach.

We all enjoyed our stay at Juggernaut. The house was well stocked, we enjoy cooking evening meals and found the kitchen to have everything needed. Having 3 bathrooms was also a plus. The outdoor deck and fire table was also a big hit. The beach is a very short walk. We have already reserved a week for next summer!

Juggernaut-"a huge, powerful and overwhelming force or institution". You get that feeling entering and walking through and up the stairs of the house. A perfect space to spend quality time with the family. The deck was a hit with speakers, grill, music, and people watching. There is only 1 TV, in the living room and this didn't bother us at all but worth noting. Of course being so close to the beach was the highlight of the week and the kids absolutely loved being able to walk back and forth with ease.

This is a beautiful home and the deck was amazing! The views of the ocean were so relaxing. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The location and beach access was supreme! Our host, Richard, was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

For our family of 5, this vacation checked all the boxes. We wanted to drive less than 6 hours, enjoy a beautiful, quiet beach steps away from our property, have access to great food and be close to walkable towns. The hosts were extremely receptive both before and during our stay, and the house was lovely. The people we encountered during our trip were the icing on the cake. Friendly, polite and helpful. Early June, before the crowds, having the pristine beach almost to ourselves, was extraordinary.
