Comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff

The breakfast is great with a nice variety of hot and cold options. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable.

The price seems to be getting more and more depending on location otherwise Hampton inn would always be my go to option.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. The beds were comfy! The manager (Tom?? ) helped by husband with the breakfast items by identifying kosher products.

The lack of grab bars in the bathrooms. The Lighting in the room was not great at all! I felt the rates for the rooms were on the pricey side, but the location, while not in the center of town was very good for our needs.

Great place for a Maine getaway!

The room was nice with two comfortable queen beds, a desk, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom layout was great- in addition to the typical counter space on either side of the sink, there was an additional shelf that ran the length of the counter. It was so convenient to have all of your toiletries handy but not take up the whole counter. We loved the complimentary breakfast each morning. They had a great set up with hot food (such as sausage, omelettes, and potatoes) along with cereal, muffins, breads, and a make your own waffle station. There was an attached dining room which was very comfortable. We also loved the indoor pool/hot tub. Staff was very nice. Awesome ice cream parlor nearby!

There were not a lot of drawers in the room for the whole family’s clothes. Location was fine but we did have to drive everywhere. Definitely not walkable to see the sights.

We were so happy to stay here after poor experiences at other nearby places. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful; property and room were clean, pool and hot tub were clean and good sized, fresh cookies and good breakfast as well as coffee in the lobby all the time.

Pricey, (but comparable to others in the area).

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was great. Room very nice.

The price was way too high. Guests coming in after us were paying considerably less and I'm a Hilton honors member. I questioned it but did not get any satisfaction. Two nights approximately 650.00!!!

Superb

The man at the front desk was great! The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and the beds were awesome even the kids commented on them.nice choices for breakfast .nice stay.

The Only thing was how hard it was trying to get on the main road turning left.

also my daughter left something in our room and I wrote an email but haven’t heard anything back.

the location was great , the breakfast was great. the staff could have been friendlier.

we have stayed in dog friendly hotels where you could go out to dinner and leave your dogs in their crates in their room. your hotel made it clear we had to take our dogs everywhere… was not really practical.

Clean and well located. We were well accommodated on the first floor with our dog.

Perfect location for a winter stay in Maine.

One of the staff was "over it." Didn't feel very welcome. The rest of the staff made up for it. Thank you.

Large rooms, nice pool

The pool, hot tub and pool area are clean and large. Decent breakfast, not the best but okay. Fine for a day or two. I love the 24hr access to tea and coffee in the lobby. Small lobby store with water and snacks. HUGE room with comfortable beds, lots of towels and pillows. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Across the street from a Hannaford and Reny's if you need anything. Easy drive into town and the beach.

The room and hotel could have been a little cleaner. It looks like someone wiped everything down with a dirty rag. I choose places to stay based on how clean they are. The room could have been cleaner if you looked closely. Stains on the couch, dust in corners. It wasn't gross or terrible, but they should put more effort into thoroughly cleaning the rooms and public areas.

I loved the guy at the front desk he was fantastic. he stayed patient with everyone and had a full lobby and kept his patients with rude customers before me. you need more people like him!

The staff were great and lobby/dining area was nice.

Some hidden areas were really dirty. For example, my sister lost her room key in a chair in the lobby and so she pulled the cushion up to find it and it had a lot of food and crumbs.

second night noisy on 2nd floor- not children either. one lady came to breakfast area in nightgown, flip flops and I combed hair. very inappropriate. Dress code of any sort??
