La ubicación es excelente, pero la limpieza de habitaciones no, los tendidos parecían usados, no dejan fundas, los baños

Los desayunos regulares, ademas falta más higiene, recibí servilletas sucias y las bolsas de los cubiertos son reutilizadas,

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel

Ein sehr geschmackvolles modernes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab es wie gewohnt Eier und Früchte, aber auch einmal zur Abwechslung Pancakes. Die Umgebung ist abends sehr ruhig, aber man fühlt sich sicher.

Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr klein mit wenigen Tischen auf einer Terrasse, weshalb es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen kann.

El Concepto de la naturaleza y ubicación son muy buenas. La atención es excelente. Desayuno a la medida (vegetariano)

Llovió mucho y el agua entraba a la habitación. El precio es elevado pero supongo que es general para la zona

Atención y ubicación excepcional

Ubicación excepcional, todo nos quedaba cerca. La atención del personal fantástica las instalaciones inspiran tranquilidad, a pesar de estar en una zona comercial.

El agua de la regadera se sale, es muy pequeño el espacio, pero tal vez con una cortina se pudiera arreglar, solo es mi opinión.

Extraordinary experience it was like to be at home.

I have traveled to Medellín many times and this has been the best accommodation. It is a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The attention of David and the other guys is excellent, they make you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness a 10 out of 10.

Encantador!

La atención del personal es excelente! Muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Habitación muy bonita y bien acondicionada, con una cama enorme y un pequeño patio privado. Muy bien ubicado en el centro, con restaurantes y con centros comerciales muy cerca. Aún así, el entorno del hotel es muy tranquilo y silencioso, al estar en una calle poco transitada.

La ubicación del hotel y la atención del personal es estupenda, los desayunos muy ricos.

Las duchas del baño estan mal diseñadas e inundan el baño, y por otra parte las camas hacen ruido aunque en general son comodas.

Cosy, comfortable and quiet hotel just outside the centre with the best staff!!

One of the best stays we’ve had during our 2 month trip. Perfect staff, extremely attentive to any of our needs. Huge beds!

The hotel is a little far from the centre, but easily walkable. We took an Uber/taxi at night, worked out perfectly!

Perfect quiet place for a bustling city like Medellin!

Before I even got to the place I received necessary information such as how to get there from the bus terminal ( with several options! ) via WhatsApp. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When I checked in I was assigned I room I didn’t like so much ( next to front desk and street which has got little traffic though ) and they changed it to another room in the back which I liked much better. Internet works great( though different passwords for different areas ). They have Netflix ( I didn’t use )! The room got everything you need for a short stay, nice interior modern design, lookout to a small back yard with plants . Great quiet aircon. Muuk is in a great location. Quiet side street , walking distance to great restaurants in Poblado. For being in a big city such as Medellin the perfect choice! Muchas gracias por todo !

Maybe there could be a little shelf in the bathroom to put toiletry.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Medellin te ontdekken!

Heerlijke kamer, erg schoon, goed bed, fijne douche met veel warm water, rustige omgeving (ondanks dat het midden in de stad is), goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijke mensen.

Omdat er een concert was van een beroemde Colombiaanse waren de kamers in Medellin behoorlijk duur. Zo ook deze.

Lugar encantador en el bello Medellin

Su ubicación es perfecta. Lo mejor la atención de su personal, calidez, buena disposición , cercanos. Nos gustó mucho el concepto de módulos que tienen , Contentos de haberles elegido !!

Solo que debiesen mejorar el tema de la aislación del agua en la ducha, que empapaba todo el baño . Seguro que lo harán , pues están trabajando para brindar todo de excelente forma.

Seguro, perfecto para una estadía en Medellin

La ubicación es increíble. Está cerca de una vía principal. La zona se siente muy buena y segura, incluso caminando tarde. Me he quedado en otros hoteles boutique que no tienen AC y este si. Eso fue perfecto. El desayuno es sencillo pero perfecto. Conocimos a 3 chicos de recepción y los tres fueron extremadamente amables a todas horas. Si se siente un vibe campestre a pesar de estar en una zona tan comercial. Hay restaurantes y centros comerciales por todos lados. Finalmente, es una calle cerrada entonces tampoco es ruidoso a pesar de que estábamos en la habitación que da a la calle. Fue perfecto.

Solo que para entrar la única opción es subir unas pequeñas escaleras. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta para personas con limitaciones. Creo que están expandiendo el hotel, ojalá tenga otra entrada nueva más accesible.

Misrepresented and Irresponsible management

Complete Misrepresentation and Refusal To Be responsible The Booking.com info said I would room in a country BUT never shared there no country setting for the superior rooms #1 and 2. The hotel is surrounded by buildings and there isn’t any sign with the hotel name or address on building!!! The address given on Booking does not take you to this hotel but to a package business around the corner. I spent 10 minutes with my taxi driver trying to find the place and it doubled my fare. when I finally got there and I wanted to take a shower, there were no towels or bathmat on the floor. Finally 30 minutes later I get towels and take a shower but the drain is so poor it floods in the shower and onto the bathroom floor! ( I hear this happens in all the rooms) Now the bathroom floor is soaking wet and my feet are in a puddle when I go to toilet. The room does not have a place to hang clothes, not even one hanger! There was no wardrobe and my room which was advertised aa 376 square feet, I measured it being 246. There was no terrace with garden view as promised. I could not open the drapes as this “terrace” was filled with people during the day and It’s the breakfast dining room with people eating there beginning 7 am. The supposed “garden” was a small plot of land in front of hotel. Horrible noise from construction next door. Why wasn’t this disclosed beforehand? Plus, There is no 24 hour room service and no free toiletries either as in room description. Why wasn’t this disclosed beforehand? I gave them a chance to make me a fair offer for the additional stress I experienced and the misrepresentations their Booking posting made that seriously impacted my enjoyment for my stay there, but they ignored me and only said other guests also complained about the noise. PS. The receptionists were both gem and did all they could to get me what I need
