Rapport qualité prix au top

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, au calme. Facile de trouver une place pour la voiture. Possible d'amener son petit dej et et de le prendre dans la cuisine. On loge chez le propriétaire qui est accueillant.

Une belle expérience

Ramon et sa petite chienne sont des hôtes exceptionnels, on est comme à la maison. Il sait se faire discret mais est très ouvert à la discussion. Cette escale fût un refuge pour mon fils et moi après une journée compliquée. Le petit déjeuner était copieux à un tarif très honnête et la chambre très confortable. Un grand merci!

Exceptional experience!

Raymond was a phenomenal host, so caring and kind. He loves his home and takes pride in it. He makes you feel welcome the second you walk in the door every time. The facilities were top notch. The bedroom was so quiet and cozy. I appreciated that Raymond had a gentle personality.

Un buen sitio para hacer noches y visitar la zona

Todo muy correcto. El dueño súper atento. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check-in y nos la había subido a la habitación cuando lleguemos. Jugamos al billar. El desayuno de 10: pan blandito, croissants recién hechos, Nutella, mantequilla, zumos, café, te, agua… ¡sin quejas! Aparcamos en la puerta. Si quieres usar el tranvía hay una parada cerca. También está cerca de una zona con supermercados, McDonalds, kfc…

Al ser diciembre no salimos a la terraza y apenas estuvimos para dormir e irnos. Por poner algo, advertir que está a unos 20 min en coche del centro de Burdeos.

On a passé un très agréable séjour avec mon compagnon

Le propriétaire est chaleureux et à l'écoute, tout les équipements sont fournis pour faire de la cuisine et ne pas avoir à commander tout les soirs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Un peu loin du centre mais on a le bus et le tram à proximité ce qui compense. Le jacuzzi est en supplément, j'avais mal regardé sur la réservation, ne faites pas la même erreur que moi haha, mais il est à un prix très abordable.

Escape of mind and body

Calme area close of( the City du vin ) with tram B It is a placé where u can know and tasted wine. 7 stops where ladies you can shop to drop many Nice boutiques and commercial centre. All along of the quai you can enjoyed taking à bout or come out have a nice romantique scrolling and you kids can play skateboard or scooter. Une niche merveilleuse.

The stars à tiny stairs , the breakfast the butter break and not the french baguette too soft to toast and a toaster a bit tired? No other drink that coffee not too much choice.in beverages , adieu hot chocolate arriverderci capucino. Also a big big 😲 🫨 the jacuzzi must be paid 20 euro extra and this was not mentioned. But the host took his time to warm the jacuzzi which will take 2 to hours to warm up.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique du logement, proche de tous les moyens de transport : tram, bus. Le quartier est très calme avec possibilité de se garer gratuitement. Notre hôte s'est montré attentif à nos observations, nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir un petit déjeuner amélioré et un accès à la cuisine selon nos besoins et cela nous a donné l'opportunité d'échanger avec d'autres voyageurs. Le logement était très bien entretenu, la literie confortable et nous avons aussi apprécier la mise à disposition d'un billard. Ramon a aussi le souci d'améliorer le logement par des équipements supplémentaires pour le bien être de ses hôtes. Nous le recommanderons !

Quelques améliorations dans les ustensiles de cuisine seraient à prévoir.

Comme à la maison mais en mieux

Très bon accueil, Ramon est un hôte d une grande gentillesse et très social. Nous avons partagé un très bon moment . Sa chienne est aussi toute mignonne et participe au fait qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Le jaccuzzi au feu de bois et une tuerie ! Je recommande !!

Les équipements mème si j’ai pas pu en profiter pleinement et le personnel très sympathique

Le petit déjeuner était pas assez varié à notre goût .

Clean, basic room that is close to tram into city centre.

Close to the tram stop. On street parking close by. Coffee, juice and toast available.

The room included compulsory payment for a garden hot tub even when it was not needed by us. It would be better to get the option not to use it and have that cost removed.
