About this house rental
Summary:
£250 Damage Deposit Required - Fully refundable if no damages are caused and if all house rules respected.
This is a comfortable, affordable, clean good sized townhouse in a quiet area of Wednesbury/Darlaston. The property is close to all local amenities with on street parking outside the property. The Furlong is designed to welcome family and friends for an enjoyable stay in our modern home from home.
The Space:
The house has 3 levels giving plenty of space for families, 2 bathrooms and a good size lounge and kitchen. There are two Double beds, three Single beds and a sofa in the Lounge area, (Room to sleep 7 guests.)
Guest Access:
You will have access to the house and also the outside space in the rear garden area.
The Neighborhood:
The property is situated within 5 minutes driving distance and 15 minutes walking distance to the Gallagher Retail Park where you can find retail shops and restaurants, shops include Ikea, Boots, JD Sport, Next, Decathlon, TK Max and many more. Food options include Nandos, Costa, Smash Burger, Pizza Hut, Burger King & KFC. Closely located and within 8 Minutes drive to J9 M6. Local supermarket is Asda in Darlaston that is 5 minutes driving distance and 10 minutes walking distance away.
Getting Around:
There is parking available outside the property. Wednesbury Town Centre which has a Bus Station and Metro service which is within 15 minutes walking distance. ( Metro to Birmingham town centre is 23 minutes journey.) There is also a local taxi service available XL Cars.

3. No More than 2 Guests / Visitors
4. Quiet Hours 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
5. Check-out & Check-in times to be respected
6. Not leaving keys in the lockbox upon check-out. - £100.00 Fine
Travel cot - available upon request at extra cost.
Not obeying the house rules including smoking inside the property, not respecting quiet hours and organising results in £1000.00 fine.
