This wonderful newly updated duplex in the tranquil East Vail neighborhood boasts stunning mountain views, high ceilings, and expansive deck. Minutes away from world-class skiing and golfing, or enjoy quick access to the Gore Creek Trail, Bighorn Creek, Booth Falls, and Vail Pass for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation. There is plenty of space for the entire family with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a lower-level entertaining area and flex space. *Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in. * This home is dog-friendly with prior notification at $50/night pet fee (max 1 dog). No other animals are allowed without specific SkyRun written approval.Enter the home into the open concept living room and kitchen. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island. Step off the back deck to find the gas barbecue, the perfect place to enjoy fresh mountain air while cooking up a feast. The living room boasts natural light and mountain views through the sliding glass doors which open onto the private wraparound deck. After a long day on the slopes, cozy up on the sectional or lovely massage chair and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. On the main level of the home you will find the first guest bedroom featuring a double bed, flat screen TV and the main level bathroom. There is also a laundry room on this level containing a full sized washer and dryer for added convenience. Head up the stairs to find the next two bedrooms and second bathroom. Both of the sunny bedrooms feature a queen sized bed, TV and one of the bedrooms features a private patio entrance. On the first level of the home you will find the fourth bedroom containing a double bed, and the third bathroom. Spread out and enjoy the lower-level entertaining space featuring a sectional, two massage chairs and flat screen TV, plus a mini bar.

The SkyRun Advantage: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). East Vail is a great location for a peaceful mountain getaway, but this place was not entirely as advertised and left some things to be desired. First, it's half of a duplex. I don't have an issue with renting half a duplex, but it should be mentioned in the description. As such, the described "private wrap-around porch" is not private at all. It's shared with the neighbor. Also, the beds all have super-firm memory foam mattresses. Some people like memory foam, but many do not. So it seems an odd choice for a rental. I slept fine, but the rest of my family was sleeping so poorly that we considered going home a night early. Lastly, the living room couch was like a bus bench. It was by far the most uncomfortable piece of furniture that I've ever encountered in a rental. Sweet massage chair, tho!

Property is nice and clean, located in a nice area of Vail. Easy access to the ski resorts and town and quiet.

Myself and 6 close friends chose this home for a weekend away from home in Denver. The home was ready a few hours prior to the check-in time which was nice, even though we hadn't yet made it there. The interior is spacious, with a huge basement. There isn't a primary suite which was nice, as no one felt they were getting a room with less features than another. I was able to cook multiple days and found everything we needed in the kitchen. I do wish there was a carport or garage as it's never fun to de-ice your vehicle after a heavy snow storm, but not a necessity. I would most definitely choose to stay in this home again- thank you to the hosts.
