About this house rental
Fenn Lane Rest offers a stylish and bright space, perfect for a get together with friends and family.
Just a short drive to High Lodge Thetford; play, run, climb, or cycle around the forest. If you’re feeling daring scale the treetops & complete the Go Ape treetop challenge or try your hand at paintball combat at Combat Paintball.
Alternatively, enjoy a picnic & the great outdoors from the garden, with room for all to enjoy.
The property was styled with comfort in mind, sleeping 5 guests (2 double, & one sofa bed).
All set on the ground floor there is a stylish open plan living & dining area, with sofa (sofa bed), a coffee table & a dining table. The spacious kitchen has all the essentials you should need.
Walk through the hallway where you will find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Soak up the natural light through the large windows or chill in courtyard in the sun.
Outside:
From the road, you make your way down the long drive & fork to the right. There’s parking for multiple cars outside the front of the property, around the back there is a private patio & large lawn. The green space is shared by our 3 other holiday lets on the same site, there’s enough space for all.
You have free parking at the property for multiple vehicles, its a 2 minute walk through a courtyard to the annex.
You have a self-check-in option to make sure you can schedule your time according to your own plans, property & check in details will be sent 24 hours before check in. Details for guest services will be sent in this email.
There are other holiday annexes next door, each designed to be as private as possible. Should you wish to book these for a larger group, please get in touch. The large garden at the rear of the property is shared, there’s enough space for all.
There is a fully fenced pond area in the garden & CCTV in use for outside of the property.
The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay . You will always check in to a clean space so you can relax and enjoy your time in the home.
We kindly request that you treat the home and house rules with respect during your stay. We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival –
1. No smoking.
2. No pets.
3. No parties
4. No candles
Quiet hours 10pm - 8am
And you don’t have to worry; we know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage (we would not charge for one-off crockery breakages, for example). We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before check out. We are very understanding while also responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests.
We would recommend you bring your own transport to see all the area has to offer. Here’s some local recommendations:
