Set over three floors, Goose Nest House is arranged to make the most of the perfect lake views. The open plan living area looks out across the balcony over Somerford Lagoon. A modern woodburning stove warms the sitting area where you might choose to watch the view instead of the Smart TV. The second floor hosts the master bedroom with en-suite and three further bedrooms are on the ground floor. A children's bunk room on the first floor makes this property incredibly family friendly with lots of child friendly additions.
From the balcony and terrace you can watch as swans swim by and ducks come in to land. A short walk takes you to the outdoor heated swimming pool, or you could play tennis, head to the gym or hire bikes to see more of the Cotswold Water Park. Goose Nest House has direct access to the lake letting you launch canoes and kayaks straight from the property. There is designated parking for one car with additional visitor spaces and overflow car parks.
