Apple Mill in Venn Ottery, Devon, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
Burrows has three bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite roll-top, freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a ground-floor king-size, a double with en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room and an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with vaulted ceilings and woodburning stove. Appliances include a Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, an EV charging point (charges payable), and a garden with a hot tub, lawns, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available on request (please request upon booking). Sidmouth is lined with stylish Regency cream-and-white architecture, creating an elegant Esplanade which makes for a relaxing stroll whilst looking out towards Beer Head. Sidmouth boasts one of the few public access observatories, the Norman Lockyer Observatory, complete with planetarium. There are a variety of attractions around Sidmouth including Pecorama with award-winning miniature railway and gardens, the Seaton tramway and the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve.
