Perfect for a multi-generational break, a low key celebratory gathering, or just a cosy getaway throughout the year. 10-minute walk away from the famous Lymington High Street, walking to the high street with its gastro pubs, award-winning eateries, and boutique shopping experiences and visiting the famous market!

The Lymington Hub is a bright, airy, and welcoming family holiday home that is designed to be a true home away from home. The house is situated in a an ideal area for exploring Lymington and all parts of the National New Forest Park, there's lots to do! Our 33 page guide book we'll share post booking will help you see the best parts and hidden treasures.

Hot tub, in-house chef, in-house spa, and babysitting services are available at an additional cost.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. It features an open-plan living space with a large seating area for 12 people (14 with breakfast bar), making it ideal for family fun or for a big group to celebrate a special occasion.

The lounge is complete with a TV and a stunning fireplace, providing a relaxing haven to return to after a day of exploring the local attractions.

The property has six generously sized bedrooms, a large kitchen-diner, a lounge, an office room, a kids' lounge/playroom, and a well-maintained private garden with a patio. The modern kitchen has a large island, perfect for entertaining, and is bright, stylish, and practical. Equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, separate large fridge and freezer, and lots of high-quality crockery and utensils, it is a wonderful space to enjoy. Likewise, the dining area seats 12, so there is plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together.

If you are staying with children, you can make the most of your very own playroom that comes well-stocked with books and toys. This includes a selection of eco-friendly wooden toys, board games for all the family to enjoy, paper books, and more. We can also provide highchairs and an infant travel cot with prior notice.

The house is perfectly located near the marina, the famous Lymington High Street, local beaches, and forest walks, making it an ideal spot to explore.

After a long day of exploring, head back to the house and cook up a storm with fresh produce from the market in the large kitchen. If you don't feel like cooking, you can hire our in-house chef service or book our recommended babysitter and dine at one of the many restaurants nearby.

Room 1 & 2 are interlinked and can sleep up to 4, in one bedroom there is a double bed and the other a double bed.

Room 3 has a double bed and a single bed, sleeping up to 3 people.

Room 4 has a super king-size bed and a toddler bed (for up to age 5), sleeping 2 adults and a small child, plus it has an ensuite.

Room 5 has a king bed, sleeping up to 2 people.

Room 6 has a double bed, sleeping up to 2 people. On that floor there is a separate bathroom which can serve that room with a freestanding bath and shower/toilet.

The lounge downstairs also has a sofa bed that can sleep up to two people with a downstairs bathroom adjacent to it. The house can accommodate up to 14 people, but we allow up to 13.

The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, with bathroom 1 on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, bathroom 2 on the first floor with a large bath and separate shower + toilet, bathroom 3 on the third floor with a separate shower, bath, and toilet, and bathroom 4 on the top floor off the attic double bedroom.

The outside space features a garden with a swing, pergola, BBQ, outdoor lighting.

normal low key celebratory groups welcome must be over 23.
We do not allow events/ wedding receptions.
We ask that groups are respectful of neighbours as in a residential area at all times and are aware of noise. We ask that groups come inside to the house from the garden after 11pm.
