A great location, good breakfast, great hotel service among staff, however the room i stayed in is on the small side and quite dated. But wanted to try this hotel for a long time and im glad i did. I liked my stay there.

First things first, the standard room is quite small. It worked ok for me because I did not have a lot of luggage. Now that size of the room is out of the way, lets talk about the experience itself! The location is excellent! This is what you are paying for. Very close to major train lines, great restaurants and walking distance to Tsukiji. More mellow at night compared to shibuya and shinjuku. The staff was helpful, the amenities were adequate. I especially appreciated the amenities shelf in the lobby where I could pick up some random things I needed like hair ties and bath salts haha.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy access to train stations, shopping, food, and convenience stores. The only issue I has with the hitel is that the hotel beds are way to firm.

Time: end of October. Things we did not anticipate: 1) the washroom is older. It is older than the ones in the hotel gracery in Shinjuku. 2) There was a constant smell outside the hotel. This does not affect the stay. 3) The room is small, no space to have two carryon luggages open at the same time. The bed size is double. Things that are great: it was surprisingly quiet in the room, which is the most important thing; with no room cleaning, hotel would leave a bag of towels outside the room, which is quite thoughtful.

The locker didn't work. I called the service guy and he came 15-20min later without any tool. He finally couldn't fix and never came back for fixing. I asked to get the Narita Airport by bus. The way of explaining of her was unkind and handed out QRcode. Let the customer figure how to get there to know by themselves using QR code. Otherwise, I asked for temporary room card key to open. The service was excellent. Cleaning the room wasn't that bad. Location is good. Close to subway.

The rooms are quiet and impeccably clean. The staff at the front desk are courteous, particularly Alejandro who is very polite and helpful. The breakfast staff are always professional.

AC didn’t work when we got there. Spent an hour from front desk to get it fixed. Maybe it is just so so weak. I had a three-bed room. There is literally no space to stand or put our suitcases. We can only open one suitcase at a time and everyone has to jump onto the bed for the suitcase to fully opened. It is even smaller than the cruise stateroom. No laundry available. Convenient location and lots of food options. Close to stations and Ginza six. A small donki is just a block away. Not good and not bad either, but I won’t choose the same hotel for my stay next time.
