Hotel service is excellent. Just the washroom itself a bit old. Location is very convenient as well.

Everything is good except some of the staff are not very friendly and unprofessional. When we arrived early in the morning, we understood early check-in is not available unless we pay day use rate. We therefore did some quick fresh up and organized our luggage’s bit. However, the staff pushed us and made us a bad day. She even said we could not leave the small luggage and seems she thought we wasted her time in waiting for us in decluttering.
We spent like 10-min only for using the washroom and fresh up and it doesn’t make sense to refuse this.
I was surprised and felt angry when she said I couldn’t leave the small luggage and asked for a reason. She then said okay!
I don’t want to bother to complain but I hope things not the culture of Japanese. I have been travelled to Japan for so many times and probably she is stressed or sth which I feel bad for her too. We were so tired after the long red eye flight and we just want to use the washroom to fresh up a bit and organize 1-2 pieces of small luggages, out of a total of 5 pieces.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Kyoto and Osaka, and then returned for an additional two nights after our trip. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase. During our first stay, we thought the hotel was quite decent. However, our experience at Richmond Premier Kyoto set a much higher standard. In comparison, this hotel felt like a three-star at best.
The amenities were of lower quality, and the "happy hour" was underwhelming, with a limited selection of drinks. The only snacks provided were basic items like cheap crackers, small chocolates, and cheese wrapped in candy wrappers. We had been spoiled by the parfaits, variety of snacks, and extensive drink options at Richmond Premier.
If it’s your first time in Tokyo, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest subway station, and the underground paths are confusing and maze-like, which could be frustrating for newcomers. Once you’re familiar with the area, however, the location is actually quite convenient and within walking distance of several subway lines.

Great hotel. Very close to metro. The area is business oriented but the price is good for the service.

Went with my family, and it was a good space for three. Not too tight, not too small. These hotels are regularly small which is expected, but we were comfortable. I recommend this place highly for solo, or for 2-3 people. Just make sure no one snores. ;) Good luck!

My partner and I stayed here for a week, and overall it was a great experience for us. The staff were super friendly, professional, and they even helped us arrange luggage delivery service to our next hotel in Kyoto. The breakfast buffet there had a great variety of food, rooms were cleaned, and the hotel was conveniently located outside a train station, stores, restaurants, and convenience stores. The only con that I had at this hotel is that their bed and pillows were a bit too firm for my comfort, but I would come here again in the future. :)

The hotel has an impressive entrance and the room was a reasonable size for a single traveller but a bit tight for two or more with suitcases etc.
It’s located above Shiodome station so perfect for getting in and around the Tokyo sights, and within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and other sights.
The breakfast selection was good.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The area was walkable and on lots of central train lines making access easy in and out. The nightly welcome drinks were a nice touch. Rooms are very small but suffice.

The staff were amazing, hotel was spotless and transport was right on your doorstep. You could access food, and transport underground, which we did when a typhoon hit.

Good location with reasonable price, all staffs are fantastic, but never forget to wake up before 10am and attach 'make up' magnet on your door if you want your room on that day.

Hotel staff were knowledgeable and approachable when answering questions. The hotel doesn’t have many option for restaurants, but is walkable to subway station. Hotel provides many amenities and services. Overall enjoyed my stayed a lot.

The hotel was nice and close to transportation (Shiodome Station). Located in the Business District, there weren’t a lot of shops or restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean and adequate in size. We didn’t have the buffet breakfast (too expensive) but we did have the buffet lunch one day and it was good value at half the price of breakfast.

The hotel staff were friendly, check in and out was smooth and quick. It’s slightly away from the major parts of Tokyo but with the train right outside literally, using it and transferring too other lines was super easy. Would def stay again
