This was a wonderful stay from start to finish! The inn is not nee and shiny but it IS old snd charming. The chef was super cool. Christine the manager (owner?) was great. She was accommodating, always helpful, and truly a special host. Becca our waitress was great too and deserves praise as well. Our room was cute and had all the necessities one needed. I'd DEFINITELY return!

This location was off the beaten path but a nice little gem with a picturesque water view, restaurant and small marina. The staff were friendly, the accommodations comfortable and clean for an older facility.

Old house conversion lots of stairs everywhere
Not for anyone with mobility issues

The location of the property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views of the bay. However our room was small with the bed being jammed into one corner. That means someone has to crawl over their partner if you need to get up in the night. The bathroom needs some updating as well. It sounded like we were on a tugboat in the bathroom! So we must have been over a huge fan in the kitchen. Also, a bar fridge sitting on the floor?? Not always easy to find a staff member for assistance. They seemed all in on the restaurant- too bad they don’t offer a Sunday brunch.

Fabulous shore side Inn and the restaurant is excellent, Chef is amazing!
The only caveat, the stairs to the suites, but, so worth it.
I highly recommend

Overall i was pleased and my fiance and both agreed that we would return.
Some small things; seemed to be confusion about check in desk. Difficult to find a reception area. It seemed a bit disorganized. Something else was dicerning was at one point during wedding reception for my Nephew and his new bride, there was a line up for the bar and the counter person had there back to them. Its just small stuff but perhaps something the staff can work on.

We were drawn to this property because of its location. It has a wonderful location that offers lovely views over the water. However, the interior is a little disappointing. I would call the decor "early seniors residence". Our room was one of the smaller rooms, with a bed tucked into a corner, which really should never happen, unless the room is for one person. Also, it had a toilet in what is just too small a space, with a tiny little shower. The only thing I can say is that the bed was reasonably comfortable, until you have to climb out the bottom, because you're sleeping against a wall. There is what is called a "continental breakfast". This consisted of grocery store muffins and tangerines, tea bags and a Nespresso machine - not impressive. There's a kitchen downstairs - why not bake a batch of fresh muffins to offer guests?
As for the restaurant, it has a great location with views over the bay, but not much can be said for the creativity or adaptability of the kitchen. The kitchen didn't seem able or willing to adapt to dietary restrictions. The menu has nothing in the way of vegetarian, vegan or non-dairy options. I understand that it is still a minority of people who eat this way, so I ordered a spinach salad, hold the bacon, the egg and cheese, hoping they would replace the above with other veggies. It takes very little skill to make a salad. I got a pile of spinach with one sliced raw mushroom. Not good enough! The restaurant needs to move into the 21st century!

Amazing view, nice quaint stay.
A little pricey but no regrets.
