This 3 story home located in the heart of the city by the airport that has been recently renovated. Conveniently located mins from Strong Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center and College Town shopping and dining. We also provide all hotel-grade linens for a comfortable sleep away from home and High-speed internet (over 100 mbps). We are Pet Friendly just let us know ahead of time.

• No Smoking🚭 $250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)
• No Locals without approval
• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
Snow plow services will be provided during winter months 👍
