-Aside from the Basement and two Steps down to one of the Living rooms, it is all on one floor.
Guests will get a message the day before arrival with Check-in Instructions. It will include the contact info for the host both on and off Airbnb. All other interaction is up to the guest.

-Heating the pool requires a 72-hour notice and an additional $125 daily.
No more than 12 people are allowed to stay in the house.
